Great Atlantic Graphics is relocating from Malvern to the space in a 650,000-square-foot former Ford Motor Co. electronics plant, it said.
The facility was redeveloped by Advance Realty and the Davis Cos., which acquired the property in 2014, according to the release. Other tenants include Finnish paper-technology firm Valmet, medical-equipment provider Vygon USA and print finishing-company Fox Bindery.
