London-based 90 North Real Estate Partners and Arzan Wealth of Dubai have paid $127 million for the Malvern campus of advanced building materials manufacturer Saint-Gobain, which will remain at the site.

The transaction includes Saint-Gobain's 320,000 square feet of office and lab space across two buildings on 65 acres of land, 90 North Real Estate said in a release. The manufacturer moved to the site from Valley Forge less than a year ago with a 15-year lease.

The seller was a consortium including E. Kahn Development Corp and J. Loew & Associates, which had redeveloped the site for Saint-Gobain.
