Brennan Investment Group has purchased Markel Corp.'s 168,000-square-foot headquarters and production facility in Plymouth Township, the Chicago-based real estate investment firm said in a release on Thursday.

Brennan will lease the space at 435 School Lane back to Markel, a provider of fluoropolymer products to the automotive, communications, environmental, and industrial markets, according to the statement.
The company did not immediately respond to a phone message seeking details of the purchase price.
