PernaFrederick partnership buys Horsham building

PernaFrederick Commercial Real Estate has purchased a two-story office building in Horsham from First Niagara Realty of western New York, for $2.45 million.

A partnership led by the principals of PernaFrederick Commercial Real Estate has purchased a two-story office building in Horsham from First Niagara Realty of western New York, for $2.45 million.

The 88,045-square-foot building at 410 Horsham Rd. previously housed the local offices of TNS and Morningstar, PernaFrederick said in a release on Thursday.

The Philadelphia-based real estate investment partnership, overseen by Steve Perna and Matt Frederick, plans to outfit the building with a new lobby and other improvements scheduled for completion in early 2016, according to the release.
