Henkels & McCoy leases Blue Bell space
Utility-construction firm Henkels & McCoy has signed a long-term lease for 22,000 square feet at the Three Valley Square office building in Blue Bell, according to Thomas Stone, an associate with CBRE, which helped broker the deal.

The new space at 512 Township Line Rd. will accommodate members of the firm's executive staff, Stone said in an e-mail on Monday.
