Philly legal colossus Morgan Lewis elects McKeon to lead firm for 2nd term

McKeon has held various management positions at Morgan Lewis. Prior to assuming the position of chair in 2014 she led the firm's litigation practice. The Philadelphia-based firm, the eighth-largest in the nation, has grown its legal empire to include 2,200 attorneys in 30 offices across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Jami Wintz McKeon, who has led one of the world's biggest law firms for the past five years, was elected unanimously on Monday to a second term as chair of Morgan Lewis.

"It has been a privilege to serve as the chair of our firm over the past several years, and I am excited to have the opportunity to continue to lead our organization," McKeon said in a statement. "During my 37 years at Morgan Lewis, I have been lucky to have the best of colleagues and the best of clients. I am proud of the things we have accomplished together and optimistic about what we will continue to accomplish in the future."
