CASA Philadelphia has named Happi Grillon executive director. The nonprofit trains and supports community volunteers to serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates for abused and neglected children. For the last two years, Grillon has worked at Northeast Treatment Centers as intervention director with the Community Umbrella Agency.

Parke Bank, Sewell, has named Jaime Brooks vice president, branch manager & business development, for its newly opened Collingswood branch. She had been vice president and relationship manager for Wells Fargo.

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has hired Michael Hand as vice president of marketing. He had been chief marketing officer for Minor League Baseball.

Corinne A. Militello, an attorney with extensive in-house and private practice experience in intellectual property and data privacy and security matters, has rejoined Ballard Spahr as counsel in the Philadelphia office. She had been assistant privacy officer for Penn Medicine.

Agora Cyber Charter School, King of Prussia, has named Michael Conti CEO of the school. Conti, the former CEO of PA Cyber Charter School, had been acting as Agora's interim CEO.

The Museum of the American Revolution, Philadelphia, has hired Candice Phillips as director of visitor services. She had been general manager for Sky Zone and manager of visitor services at the Please Touch Museum.

Lincoln University named Edgar L. Berry the new interim vice president for student affairs. Berry, a marriage and family psychotherapist in private practice, most recently served as vice president for student affairs at Texas College in Tyler, Texas.

The National Lacrosse League, Philadelphia, has hired Stephanie McGinley as digital communications manager. She had been digital project manager at CBS Radio Group.

Shook, Hardy & Bacon, Philadelphia, has hired Ryan Foley as a partner. Foley, a former associate general counsel with American International Group Inc., cochairs the firm's bankruptcy and creditors' rights group.

Greystone, a New York real estate lending, investment, and advisory company, has hired Joseph Stepchuk as managing director in its Philadelphia office. Stepchuk joins from Fannie Mae, where he served as director for the last 10 years overseeing $3 billion in annual multifamily loan production.

Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC, Philadelphia, has hired business attorney Matthew P. Faranda-Diedrich as a partner in the firm's litigation practice. He had been a partner at Dilworth Paxson, Philadelphia.

Montgomery Early Learning Centers, a Narberth regional nonprofit provider of early childhood education and school-age programs in the Philadelphia region, has named Leslie Roesler director of professional development dimensions. She had been associate director for the Pennsylvania Key.

Turn-Key Health, a Philadelphia health-management company and affiliate of Enclara Pharmacia, a provider of pharmacy-management services to the hospice industry, has promoted Terri Maxwell to chief clinical officer, from chief operating officer. Cyndi Seiwert has been appointed chief operating officer; she had been COO at Optum Palliative and Hospice Care. John W. Halsey has been named vice president, business development; he had been a managing partner at Axon Strategy.

Post & Schell P.C. has named Terry R. Bossert a principal in its Environmental, Energy & Utilities and Marcellus Shale practice groups. He will reside in the firm's Harrisburg and Pittsburgh offices. He had been vice president, Legislative & Regulatory Affairs at Range Resources - Appalachia LLC. He is a former chief counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and served as deputy attorney general for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where he supervised the prosecution of environmental crimes.  will provide environmental counsel regarding regulatory compliance, government relations, and litigation to clients with operations across Pennsylvania.

Jeth Mill has been hired as senior director of programs and production for the Philly POPS. With three decades of orchestra management experience, he had been executive director at the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra.

Joseph Croft, a former development apprentice in institutional giving at the Walnut Street Theatre, has been named contributed revenue coordinator. Keith Obaza, former broadcast engineer and promotions assistant at Greater Media of Philadelphia, is program associate. Jason Ward has been promoted to senior manager of engagement from manager of education and community engagement. Sarah Maiellano has been promoted to assistant director of communications from senior manager of communications.

Campus Apartments, a Philadelphia provider of on- and off-campus student housing, has named Daniel Bernstein president of the company. He will continue to serve as chief investment officer.

Lombard International, a life insurance-based wealth solutions provider with head offices in Luxembourg and Philadelphia, has named Phil Trussell as senior managing director to lead the expansion of its life insurance operations in Bermuda. He had been vice president and managing director, international life, at the Argus Group in Bermuda.

Grant Thornton LLP, Philadelphia, has admitted the following to partner: Melissa Beaumont, audit partner; Meghan Jodz, mergers and acquisitions tax services partner; and Michael Pramberger, audit partner. It also promoted Joe Hayes to business advisory services managing director and Michael Sinese to strategic federal tax services managing director.

Aelux, a division of WESCO Distribution, Glenside and Pittsburgh, a national turnkey lighting retrofit company, has retained Lou Nazirides as director of business development servicing its energy services companies.

Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., parent of the Bryn Mawr Trust Co., said that its Powers Craft Parker & Beard Inc. subsidiary has hired Dennis LeVasseur as senior vice president and commercial insurance sales manager. He had been senior vice president and commercial lines sales manager at Univest Insurance in Lansdale. The subsidiary is an independent insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firm that protects clients' assets.
