Spirit will fly from PHL to Orlando in the fall

Spirit Airlines said Thursday that it will begin daily nonstop flights from Philadelphia to Orlando, beginning Oct. 7. Spirit now flies nonstop from Philadelphia International Airport to eight cities: Dallas-Fort Worth, Atlanta, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Spirit Airlines said Thursday that it will begin daily nonstop flights from Philadelphia to Orlando, beginning Oct. 7.

Spirit now flies nonstop from Philadelphia International Airport to eight cities: Dallas-Fort Worth, Atlanta, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Myrtle Beach, S.C.

"Spirit's new non-stop service to Orlando will provide a travel option that our budget-conscious travelers will appreciate," said Philadelphia airport CEO Chellie Cameron. Three other carriers - American, Frontier and Southwest - currently fly nonstop from Philadelphia to Orlando.
