Business People on the Move: New department chair at Einstein Healthcare Network

Jean G. Ford has been named the Paul J. Johnson chair of the department of medicine at Einstein Healthcare Network. He had been chair of the department of medicine at the Brooklyn Hospital Center.

James M. Dillahunty has been appointed president and chief operating officer at Henkels & McCoy Inc., a Blue Bell utility construction firm providing critical infrastructure for the power, communications, oil and gas pipeline, and gas-distribution markets throughout North America. He had been senior vice president of energy delivery, where he led the Western Operations, Pipeline Division, and several ventures internationally.

He is responsible for the company's three operating regions (East, Central, and West) as well as the pipeline and networks divisions and the company's market strategies for power, oil & gas pipeline, gas distribution, and communications.

Ina Sargen has been named senior vice president in the Conshohocken office of Colliers International. She spent the last five years at Stockton Real Estate Advisors representing both landlords and tenants.

Christian Sondergaard Jr. has joined Health Partners Plans, Philadelphia, as director of investigations and subrogation. Sondergaard was a senior deputy attorney general at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, where he was the lead prosecutor in one of Pennsylvania's largest Medicaid fraud cases.

Prior to his tenure with the attorney general's office, he spent several years in civil litigation practice with experience in insurance defense, social security disability and personal injury. He was also an assistant district attorney with the City of Philadelphia.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia has hired Michelle Reardon as vice president of the bank's public affairs department. She had been global employee communications leader with DuPont.

Ametek, a Paoli-based motors and electronics maker, has named Thomas M. Montgomery senior vice president and comptroller, effective May 15. He currently serves as vice president, planning and analysis. Montgomery joined the company in 1983 as a co-op student in the tax department and was promoted to successively more responsible roles in accounting, auditing, and controllership, including audit manager, division vice president, and controller at specialty metal products, and director of operational accounting.

Benjamin Krevsky has been appointed chief of the section of gastroenterology at Temple University Hospital. He will maintain his duties as director of endoscopy at TUH, and professor of medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University.

Board-certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology, Krevsky earned his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati and his Master of Public Health degree at Yale University School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, and completed a Gastroenterology Fellowship at TUH.

TD Bank has named Marisol Medina assistant vice president, store manager of a branch in Philadelphia. She had been branch manager at PNC Bank in Haddonfield. Also, Paul D. Marini has been promoted to store manager of the Towamencin branch in Lansdale, from assistant store manager.

Greenphire, a King of Prussia provider of payment technology for the clinical-trials industry, has hired Wayne Baker as chief commercial officer. He had been senior vice president and chief sales officer at Advanced Health Media.

Lynn Olesen Rosenstock has been named director of development for Transformation Yoga Project, a nonprofit that teaches yoga to prisoners as a treatment option for those with a history of violence, emotional disorders, or addiction. She had been a prisoner reentry specialist with the U.S. Attorney's Office and the City of Philadelphia Office of Public Safety.

The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority has named Gregory Heller executive director. He had been CEO of the nonprofit development corporation American Communities Trust. Prior to working at the Baltimore-based American Community Trusts, Heller worked for Philadelphia-based Econsult Solutions and the Enterprise Center Community Development Corporation in West Philadelphia.

Peter D. Hardy, a defense attorney, has joined Ballard Spahr as a partner in the Philadelphia office. Hardy spent more than a decade as a federal prosecutor and served as an assistant U.S. attorney in Philadelphia, where he focused on fraud and tax cases.

The New York City health-tech company Cureatr has hired Greg Leone as vice president of sales, based out of Philadelphia. He had been a sales executive at ZeOmega.

Kyomi Gregory has been named assistant professor within Salus University's College of Education and Rehabilitation. She had been a speech-language pathologist in various settings, including the Pediatric Therapy Group in Baton Rouge, La., and the New York City Department of Education in Brooklyn.

USA Technologies Inc., of Malvern, a payment technology service provider, has promoted Michael K. Lawlor to chief services officer from senior vice president of sales and business development.

Jeffrey Jacobson has been appointed professor of Medicine, professor of Neuroscience and professor in the Center for Neurovirology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. Jackson is a renowned expert in clinical research on HIV and other chronic viral infections. Jacobson had been professor of Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and professor of Medicine, Microbiology and Immunology at the Drexel University College of Medicine.

Since 2002, Jacobson's clinical research has been funded by the NIH, most notably as principal investigator and co-investigator on many National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) award-funded studies. He was also successful in securing HIV research funding from pharmaceutical companies. Jacobson is the clinical leader of Temple's NIH-funded Comprehensive NeuroAIDS Center, of which Kamel Khalili, serves as Program Director. Jacobson has brought more than $1.5 million in research funding to Temple for the current year.

Mark Green has joined Accolade Inc., a Plymouth Meeting company that contracts with self-insured employers and insurers to help beneficiaries navigate the health-care system, as head of diversity and inclusion. He had been senior director, diversity and inclusion at AbbVie Inc.

Hill International, Philadelphia and New York, which manages construction projects around the world, has hired Peter M. Zuk as senior vice president with its project management group. Before joining the company, he held a variety of senior leadership positions with some of the largest owners and firms in the construction industry, including CEO of Zuk International, managing director of international governmental services for AECOM, chief programs officer for the London Underground, and vice president with Kiewit Construction Co. Before that, he was an assistant attorney general for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a construction litigator in private practice. He will be based in the firm's New York office.

The Philadelphia-based specialty pharmaceutical company Hemispherx Biopharma Inc. has named David R. Strayer chief scientific officer. He had been the company's medical director since 1986. Also, Adam Pascale has been named chief financial officer in addition to his current responsibilities as chief accounting officer.

The Haddonfield Friends School has hired Robert M. Thomas Jr. as director of enrollment. He had worked as an admissions director for the Haverford School.

Health-care executive Scott Allocco has joined Sellers Dorsey, a national consulting firm based in Philadelphia, as a senior consultant. He had served as the director of government relations for the New Jersey Department of Health, managing director at Hill & Knowlton, and vice president for government relations at Coventry Healthcare and First Health Services, where he was responsible for government relations, business development, and strategic planning. He will be providing high-level strategic advice to clients in the areas of Medicaid financing, waivers, and in the development and implementation of strategies.

Wohlsen Construction Co., Media, has hired James R. Parker as mechanical estimator. He had been foreman, project manager, and estimator at UGI HVAC Enterprises Inc. for 24 years and the sole proprietor of Parker Sheet Metal.

AmeriQuest Business Services, a Cherry Hill, provider of financial process automation, procurement, and asset-management services, has hired Glenn Boyet as director of corporate communications. He had directed North American public relations and communications for Rentokil North America. He also spent considerable time in political communications in Washington, DC, working for several law firms and the late Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan of NY.

HHM, Philadelphia, has hired Joseph Klam as executive vice president of financial services and a member of the hotel management company's executive leadership team. Klam, a 40-year hospitality veteran, had been executive vice president of hotel finance for Interstate Hotels & Resorts Inc., since Oct. of 2006. He also served as senior vice president of hotel finance for Interstate Hotels & Resorts Inc., and was responsible for financial operations of its portfolio of 232 managed hotels and resorts. Additionally, Klam was also in charge of their global finance operations, negotiating deals on behalf of Interstate in the Middle East.

The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, Harrisburg, has promoted Kevin Sunday to director of government affairs. Sunday joined the PA Chamber in 2014 as manager of government affairs. He is responsible for lobbying on the organization's behalf on all energy, environmental and transportation issues. The Chamber is the state's largest broad-based business association, with its statewide membership comprising businesses of all sizes and across all industry sectors.

Investors Bank, Shorts Hills, N.J., has appointed John Regan as director of internal audit. Regan is a Certified Public Accountant and the former lead Partner of KPMG's New York Metropolitan Area Audit Banking Group. At KPMG, Regan was the senior audit partner responsible for the Banking Group in the firm's New York Financial Services Practice, which included 25 partners, 300 professionals and 100 audit clients.
