The Philadelphia Police Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports the Philadelphia Police Department, has elected the following board members: Gregory P. Montanaro, Drexel University's senior adviser to the president for external affairs & executive director of Federal Affairs/Office of Government and Community Relations; Michael Leonard, vice president of Motorola Solutions Sales & Services Inc. for the Mid-Atlantic Territory; and Fred L. Massanova, a partner at Baker Tilly's Philadelphia office.

Hope Krebs, partner in the law firm Duane Morris L.L.P., Philadelphia, has been elected the new chair of Multilaw, an association of independent law firms.

Russell R. Kice has been named president of Convention Sales Professionals International, a nonprofit professional association. He is senior national sales manager at the Convention Center.

Michael Sam Quinn, a partner at Ounan and Quinn, has been elected to the board of the PALM: Center for Positive Aging of Lower Merion. The PALM provides services and activities to the 55-plus community in Lower Merion. He also is Borough Council President in Narberth Borough.

Ralph J. Teti, a partner at Willig, Williams & Davidson, Philadelphia, has been elected as a Fellow in Labor to the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Steven Earhart, a managing partner at Devon Financial Partners L.L.C., has been appointed vice president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of Pennsylvania, a professional association.
