AIM Academy, Conshohocken, has named Allison Enslein head of the Lower School and Edward Gallagher head of the Middle School. Enslein formerly was head of school at the Center School in Abington; Gallagher was assistant Upper School dean at Girard College.

YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties, Mount Laurel, has named Dana Collins vice president-operations and Valeria Galarza vice president-strategic expansion. Collins was the Y's executive program director. Galarza was program director of the Y, as well as project manager of the New Jersey Partnership for Healthy Kids-Camden on behalf of the Y.

TD Bank has named Kevin R. Gibala vice president, relationship manager in commercial lending in Turnersville. He had been vice president, chief commercial loan officer at Franklin Bank in Pilesgrove. Susan M. Meo has been promoted to sales and service manager, from assistant store manager.

Touhey Myer has returned to Caesar, Rivise, Bernstein, Cohen & Pokotilow Ltd. as a partner and will lead the law firm's new Wilmington office, which will focus on litigation in the state and federal courts in Delaware with a particular emphasis on intellectual property and commercial litigation. Myer, a patent attorney, previously had served as of counsel with the firm.

Moore College of Art & Design has appointed Daniel Tucker as the new graduate program manager in social & studio practice. He has taught at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, the Vermont College of Fine Arts, and the University of Illinois at Chicago, and through the Newberry Library in Chicago.

Prime Image, Chalfont, has hired Gary Gatchell as chief financial officer. He held the same post at Iofina PLC. Kevin Wagner has been hired as corporate-development officer and senior vice president of business development. He previously was corporate development officer and senior vice president business development at Aepona.

Scott Williams has joined Avison Young as a principal, representing office and industrial clients in Philadelphia's suburban markets, facilitating sales and leasing transactions. He had been senior vice president of the commercial division at Binswanger.

ACE Group, Philadelphia, has named Joe Crowther global client executive in the ACE construction industry practice. He had been vice president, ACE construction claims client executive.

Herbert E. Cushing has been appointed chief medical officer at Temple University Hospital. He will serve as the senior physician executive of the hospital leadership team. Before joining Temple, Cushing was medical director of Indiana University Health Physicians.

Accounting firm ParenteBeard, Philadelphia, has appointed Sophie Campbell director, clinical advisory services. She had been senior communities director of quality, education and compliance, as well as compliance and privacy officer at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Three professionals have recently joined Pine Hill Group, an operationally focused finance and accounting consultancy and M&A advisory firm based in Philadelphia: Barbara Topa, controller; Lori Panzullo, senior accountant, and James Mulderrig, tax director. Topa was assurance manager at McGladrey L.L.P., Panzullo was audit senior associate for Smart Devine, and Mulderrig was in-house tax director for Synchronoss Technologies.

Customers Bank, Wyomissing, has hired Roddrick E. Lynch as senior vice president/director of CRA, fair and responsible banking. He had been senior vice president/CRA fair and responsible banking officer at First Niagara Bank, Plymouth Meeting.
