The Montgomery Mall will undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation beginning in March, according to the Simon Property Group, which owns the North Wales shopping center.

The renovations will focus on the mall's north wing and include redesigned exterior and entrance, rehabbed retail space, a new escalator, a new children's play area, new restrooms, new stores and a restaurant with patio dining areas.

Existing mall retailers are being relocated for the start of construction. The project will run into 2015.
