Unisys Corp., Blue Bell, said its U.K. subsidiary has won an information technology contract from Unilever P.L.C.
London-based Unilever, maker of a host of food and personal-care products, has more than 60,000 employees in North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, Russia and Central Eastern Europe.
The four-year contract has an optional one-year extension; terms were not disclosed.
Unisys had a support-services contract with Unilever that dated to 2005, but on a smaller scale. - Roslyn Rudolph
