Beaver is a retired partner in the business-consulting group and former chief executive officer of Reinsel Kuntz Lesher L.L.P., Reading.

The Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce has named W. Russell Koerwer and Peter Smith to its board. Koerwer is president and CEO at Chelten Hills Savings Bank, Abington. Smith is a member at Semanoff, Ormsby, Greenberg & Torchia L.L.C., Huntingdon Valley.
