Cozen O’Connor opening 2 more Pa. offices

Philadelphia-based Cozen O'Connor said today that it was opening of two new Pennsylvania offices: in Harrisburg and Wilkes-Barre.

The Harrisburg office will concentrate on state and federal affairs with a special emphasis on tax, insurance regulatory, energy, environmental and public utilities matters, the law firm said.

"The opening of our 23d and 24th offices marks the continuation of the growth we specified in our strategic plan," CEO Tad Decker said.

Cozen O'Connor has 550 attorneys.
