CDI Corp., a Philadelphia staffing company that concentrates on engineering, said today that it will be able to continue a major piece of business it estimates to be worth $125 million to $170 million a year.
CDI will be providing information staffing technology services to the International Business Corp., CDI said in a government filing.
CDI had originally landed a three-year contract with IBM in 2005. Documents to continue a portion of the contract to July 2011 were signed last week and CDI expects to sign documents for the rest soon, the company said.
Under contract terms, IBM can terminate CDI at any time and the amount of service CDI provides may vary. CDI will be the primary staffing supplier for IBM's Integrated Technology Delivery line of business and to other IBM business divisions.
