Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., an Illinois insurance brokerage and benefits-consulting firm, has acquired Mount Laurel's Reimbursement Services Inc. of Mount Laurel.
Terms were not disclosed.
RSI, which has about 100 employees, provides employee consulting in New Jersey, New York, Delaware and eastern Pennsylvania.
According to its Web site, RSI was founded in 1980 and is a privately company focused on smaller companies.
A Gallagher spokeswoman said RSI will "continue where they are."
Gallagher is publicly traded and employs 9,330.
