IPipeline, an Exton software company, said today it received $15 million from two private equity firms, NewSpring Capital of Radnor, and Fidelity Ventures of Boston.
The company said it will use the money for acquisitions.
IPipeline provides sales distribution software for the insurance and financial services markets. Its clients include Allstate Corp., John Hancock Insurance Co. and Bank of America Corp. -Paul Schweizer
