TOMS shoes criticized for business plan

For every pair of shoes TOMS sells, they give one pair of shoes to a kid who really needs them. It's a simple business plan that has been wildly successful, but now the company is being criticized for not doing enough to help out the people in the countries in which they work. (1:52)
