SugarHouse Casino fined $15,000

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board on Wednesday fined SugarHouse Casino $15,000 for two promotions involving credits for gamblers that were conducted without proper notification to regulators.

In one case, management at the Fishtown casino failed to provide the rules of the promotion within two business days of its launch. In the second case, the casino failed entirely to provide the information to the gaming control board.

This is the second month in row that SugarHouse has been fined. In January, it received a $100,000 fine for underage gambling incidents.
