In Downingtown, aftermath of a plant closing
For more than 50 years, workers at the Reynolds Packaging plant in Downingtown have been printing packaging for consumer goods -- from pouch tobacco to chocolate milk. The facility has changed hands several times over those years, but its most recent owner, the Rank Group in New Zealand, decided to close the factory, putting more than 120 people out out of work.
