Living Beyond Breast Cancer, a national education and support organization based in Philadelphia, has named the following board members: Sandy Grimes, co-owner of a Barre3 studio, Liz Santarsiero, manager oncology medical science liaison at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp.; Meredith Swartz Dante, an associate at Ballard Spahr LLP, Philadelphia; and Lou Iovino, senior vice president at Digitas Health in Philadelphia.

Crozer-Keystone Community Foundation, Media, has elected the following board officers: Robert J. Bruce, former president of Widener University, chair; Robert N. Speare, Delaware County trust attorney, vice chair; Gail M. Whitaker, attorney, secretary; and H. Edward Hanway, former CEO and board chair at Cigna, treasurer.

Marc Lucca and Philip Rinaldi have been named to the board of Encore Series Inc., presenter of the Philly POPS. Lucca is president of Aqua Pennsylvania. Rinaldi is the departing CEO and chairman of the board of Philadelphia Energy Solutions LLC.

Dean Miller, CEO of the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies, has been elected chair of Compass Philadelphia, a nonprofit that provides pro bono strategy consulting services to other nonprofits. The group named to the board Rob Levin, founder and managing director of CIS Ventures LLC.

The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University, Philadelphia, has elected to its board Tara Acharya, director of global nutrition at Campbell Soup Co., and Latasha Harling, senior human-resources manager at Aramark, Sports and Entertainment Division.

Main Line Senior Care Alliance, Wynnewood, has named to its board David Dugery, president and CEO of IMX Medical Management Services.

Arnold Baskies has been elected chairman of the board of the American Cancer Society Inc. A volunteer since 1979, he is medical director at Virtua Health Systems.

Nicolette DeVille Christensen, president of Arcadia University, has been named to the boards of the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities' Committee on Accountability and the International Association of University Presidents' Executive Committee.

The nonprofit health-advocacy organization Susan G. Komen Philadelphia has elected Stanton Myerson secretary. Myerson is president of Hillgate Investments Inc. and president of American Lawsuit Funding. Kathaleen Hill, principal at Lassa-Hill & Associates, has been named a board member.

Karin Risi, a managing director of Vanguard, has been elected to the board of trustees of Vanguard Charitable, a national donor-advised fund that makes grants to charities.

Women's Way, a Philadelphia nonprofit dedicated to the advancement of women, girls, and gender equality, has named Paula Crowley chair and Marguerite Weese Raab vice chair. Crowley is chair and cofounder of Anchor Health Properties. Raab is director of wealth and fiduciary planning at Wilmington Trust and adjunct faculty member at the Villanova School of Law and Temple School of Law.

RSVP, a King of Prussia nonprofit that provides meaningful volunteer opportunities, has named the following board members: Anthony Luker, senior Staffer with U.S. Rep. Brendan F. Boyle; Dena Hartigan. owner and partner at Hartigan and Stafford Grant Professionals and Sanra Thomas.

William Hurst, safety director at Worth & Co. Inc., Pipersville, has been named to the board of the Associated Builders and Contractors Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter.

The Judicial Conduct Board of Pennsylvania re-elected James C. Schwartzman, chair, Richard T. Frazier, vice chair, and Judge P. Kevin Brobson, secretary. Schwartzman is a shareholder in the Philadelphia office of Stevens & Lee and a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Frazier is a partner in the Philadelphia and Chesterbrook law offices of Saul Ewing, LLP. Brobson is a Commonwealth Court Judge and had been a shareholder in the Harrisburg office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. - Mike Zebe
