Attorneys Richard Mennies and Ryan Palmer have formed the litigation law firm Mennies & Palmer and opened an office in Conshohocken. Both are partners and shareholders of the firm. Mennies had been a founding partner of Mayers, Mennies & Sherr and graduated from Villanova University Law School in 1985. Palmer, who had been an associate with the firm, earned his law degree from Widener University in 2005. Palmer also worked as an in-house counsel at NJM Insurance Group where he supervised the claims staff.

Remington & Vernick Engineers Inc. has named Annina Hogan the firm's first female partner. She joined in 1999 and ascended to director of the municipal engineering and planning division.

Governmental and corporate attorney Kevin Greenberg has joined Greenberg Traurig LLP in the firm's Philadelphia office. He is a shareholder in the firm's government law and policy, corporate, and real estate practices. He had been a shareholder at Flaster/Greenberg PC and served as chief deputy city solicitor for the City of Philadelphia.

Greg Ebbecke has been promoted to vice president of business intelligence at Harmelin Media, Philadelphia. He rejoined the agency in 2011 after a stint as senior media planner at Digitas Health. Conor Elliott has been promoted to vice president of marketing technology. He had been director of marketing technology.

The Goddard School, King of Prussia, has named Amy Williams director of real estate. She had been real estate manager at Outfront Media.

Michael Pierson has been named general manager of the Life Time Athletic club in Fort Washington, set to open in the spring. He had been manager of retail operations at Vanguard Group. Lance Vugteveen has been named general manager of the Life Time facility in King of Prussia. He had been senior sales manager of Life Time Athletic in Mount Laurel.

Health Partners Plans has hired Bill Vazquez as vice president of innovations. He comes to HPP from Vazquez Health Advisors LLC. He also served as vice president for business development at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and chief administrative officer at Cathedral Health.

BankMobile, a division of Customers Bank, has named Warren Taylor chief financial officer. He will retain his current positions of president of customer engagement, chief of staff, and head of banking.

Cozen O'Connor Public Strategies has added Joe Hill as a government-relations professional in Philadelphia. Hill will advise corporate and nonprofit clients on strategic engagement with the public sector. Hill had been the deputy political director for the Hillary for America campaign in Pennsylvania and served in a number of roles in the office of Sen. Bob Casey.

Pamela M. Tobin has been promoted to partner from associate at Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein P.C. in Blue Bell.

Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., corporate parent of Bryn Mawr Trust Co., has hired Neil Orechiwsky as senior vice president, managing director of capital markets, in its Devon office. He had been managing director of derivative products and foreign exchange for the capital-markets division at First Niagara Bank.

Jeff Glauber has been hired as general manager, aftermarket, at Anthony & Sylvan Pools, Doylestown. He had been director at Daymon Worldwide and vice president of marketing at Bimbo Bakeries USA.

Richard Carroll has been hired as a senior associate at JKRP Architects, Philadelphia. He had been an owner at McAuliffe + Carroll Architects in Trenton

Carolyn Giordano has been named associate provost for institutional effectiveness at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She had been assistant provost for institutional research at Thomas Jefferson University.

George Ardolino has been named vice president and general manager of the power systems and instruments division of Ametek Inc., a Berwyn manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices.

The Parent-Child Home Program, an early literacy/school-readiness organization in New York, has named Malkia Singleton Ofori-Agyekum as Pennsylvania program director. Ofori-Agyekum will support implementation of PCHP in its nine sites across Pennsylvania.

Duane Morris Tax Accounting Group, Philadelphia, has hired Joann I. Camm as senior manager and Shawn P. O'Neill as tax specialist. Camm had been senior tax director at RSM (formerly McGladrey) and O'Neill had been a tax associate at PwC.

Laboratory Testing Inc., Hatfield, has promoted Rick Gaynor to metrology manager, from mechanical-testing technical coordinator. The company is a family-owned independent testing and metrology laboratory that offers materials testing and analysis services.

Warfel Construction Co., Malvern, has promoted Aaron Moul to project manager, from project engineer.

Adinolfi & Packman PA, Haddonfield, has named Kevin Falkenstein as an associate. He had been an associate with Stark & Stark.

Regina Vesely has been named director of the Horsham Library. She had been assistant director at the North Wales Area Library.

Tim Paroulek has been named executive chef of Hyatt at the Bellevue, Philadelphia. He most recently oversaw the culinary operation at Grand Hyatt Incheon, the largest Hyatt property outside North America, and has worked for Hyatt Hotels Corp. for more than 15 years.

The Rosenbach, a rare-book library and historic house museum in Philadelphia, has named Edward G. Pettit manager of public programs. Known to local literature lovers as the "Philly Poe Guy," Pettit is a writer, a book reviewer, and a professor at La Salle University.
