Campbell Soup Co., Camden, has named Ed Carolan president, Campbell Fresh (C-Fresh). He will lead the division that includes Bolthouse Farms beverages, salad dressings and carrots, Garden Fresh Gourmet salsa, hummus and dips, and fresh soup, which combined account for about $1 billion in net sales. Carolan succeeds Jeff Dunn, who is leaving Campbell to become CEO of Juicero Inc., a San Francisco-based start-up. Carolan joined Campbell in 2001 and most recently served as president of integrated global services.

Rosetta Genomics Ltd., a diagnostic-test developer based in Israel and Philadelphia, has hired Mark R. Willig as chief commercial officer. He had been senior vice president of sales for CardioDx Inc., a genomic diagnostics company.

The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University has hired Monica Cawvey Gallagher as vice president, institutional advancement, to oversee development and membership efforts. She had been vice president of development for the University City Science Center and, before that, vice president for development at the National Constitution Center.

Spectra by Comcast Spectacor, Philadelphia, has named John Wentzell president of its venue management and food services and hospitality division. Wentzell, a former Comcast Spectacor executive, had spent nearly 20 years with Delaware North Cos., where he most recently served as president, Delaware North Sportservice and Delaware North-United Kingdom. From 1996 to 2009, he had been chief operating officer of the Philadelphia Phantoms.

Davison, Eastman & Muñoz PA, Freehold, N.J., has hired attorneys Manny J. Alvelo and Nicole Sorokolit Croddick. Alvelo, of counsel, will work in the tax and estate planning department. Croddick will serve as of counsel.

Attorney Angela Lorenz has joined High Swartz LLP, Norristown, as an associate focusing on workers' compensation and family law. She had been an associate at Moritz Law Group.

GenCounsel LLC, a Philadelphia business services firm that brings senior in-house lawyers together with businesses under a managed-cost model, has hired Kevin Hicks as a member. He had been associate general counsel at Hexis Cyber Solutions Inc.

Friedman LLP, Philadelphia, has promoted Marie DeCicco to principal in the audit services group, from director.

Comcast Corp., Philadelphia, has promoted Beth Choroser to vice president, regulatory affairs, in Washington. She replaces Mary McManus, who retired. Choroser had been executive director of regulatory affairs for Comcast in Philadelphia.

Matthew McLaughlin has been hired by Hoover Financial Advisors PC, Malvern, as an investment analyst. McLaughlin had been a wealth manager for Sage Financial Group in West Conshohocken.

Henkels & McCoy Inc., a Blue Bell utility construction firm providing infrastructure for the power, communications, oil and gas pipeline and gas-distribution markets, has promoted Steve Luetkehans to vice president of business development for power, from director of business development for the Central Region.

Eagleville Hospital has named Gene Ott chief operating officer. Ott had been a consultant with IMA Consulting. He spent several years within the Temple University Health System, where he served as chief financial officer of the continuing-care division; vice president of operations for a behavioral health facility, Episcopal Hospital; vice president for Northeastern Hospital; and most recently, associate director of perioperative services at Temple University Hospital.

Water utility Aqua America Inc., Bryn Mawr, has promoted Charlie Stevenson to vice president for fleet and supply-chain management. He joined Aqua in 1987 as a service technician and held various positions of increased responsibility before being promoted to director of fleet and supply chain.

Maguire Foundation, a West Conshohocken nonprofit that invests in programs supporting education, the arts and humanities, and the relief of hunger and homelessness, has named Megan Maguire Nicoletti as president and CEO. Nicoletti, daughter of cofounders James and Frances Maguire, had been serving as managing trustee. Amy Holdsman continues as executive director.

Atrin Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Doylestown biopharmaceutical company that aims to change the way cancer is treated, has hired Gerhard J. Sperl as vice president, chemistry, manufacturing and controls. He had been senior director, manufacturing, for MediVector Inc. and an independent industry consultant.

Macquarie Group's Delaware Investments, Philadelphia, has hired David Reidinger at the firm's core equity team as a senior portfolio manager, responsible for investing in the technology, media, and capital goods sectors. He had been a senior analyst and portfolio manager at Chartwell Investment Partners.

BusinessOne Technologies Inc., Bensalem, has promoted Connie Inguanti to president from vice president.

Marlin Business Services Corp., a Mount Laurel provider of commercial equipment financing, has named Richard Irwin corporate treasurer. He had been vice president of mergers and acquisitions at CIT Group Inc.
