Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., parent of Bryn Mawr Trust Co., has hired Mary Rose Hill as vice president and wealth adviser in Bryn Mawr Trust's wealth management division. She had been vice president and trust team manager for investment and fiduciary services in wealth management at Wells Fargo Bank N.A., in Philadelphia.

Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., parent of Bryn Mawr Trust Co., has hired Mary Rose Hill as vice president and wealth adviser in Bryn Mawr Trust's wealth management division. She had been vice president and trust team manager for investment and fiduciary services in wealth management at Wells Fargo Bank N.A., in Philadelphia.

Vertex Inc., a Berwyn tax-software company, has promoted Jennifer Kurtz to chief technology officer. Kurtz joined Vertex as a senior software developer in 1999 and shortly thereafter moved into the role of enterprise architect.

OptiNose Inc., a privately held specialty biopharmaceutical company in Yardley, has hired Tom Gibbs as chief commercial officer. He joined from Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where he led the General Medicines Business Unit for the United States.

Andrew Baraniak has joined Philadelphia intellectual property law firm Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel LLP as a patent agent. He had been a patent agent for the DuPont Co.

Linda Babiak has been named an account manager within the construction group at New Day Underwriting Managers LLC, Hamilton, N.J., a specialty intermediary of environmental and construction-related professional liability insurance coverage. Babiak had been an underwriting/administrative assistant at RCA Insurance.

Penn Community Bank, Doylestown, has hired Nicole M. Boytin as a commercial and industrial relationship manager. She had been a senior relationship manager at M&T Bank.

Stonebriar Commercial Finance, a Princeton diversified commercial finance company, has hired Gregg Seibert as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He is the former chief investment officer of Spirit Realty Capital.

Archer & Greiner PC has promoted Suzanne Collins to partner from of counsel. It also elevated the following associate attorneys to partner: Drew Burach, Tiffany Donio, Daniel Farino, Lloyd Freeman, Doug Leney and Niall O'Brien.

Henkels & McCoy Inc., a Blue Bell utility construction firm providing infrastructure for the power, communications, oil and gas pipeline, and gas-distribution markets, has hired Erol Ozkirbas as vice president of power transmission, distribution, and substations. He had been chief operating officer and general manager at Energy for Altran North America.

Benjamin Ruby has been named director of education of 21st Century Cyber Charter School. He had been assistant principal at Northeastern Middle School in Mount Wolf, Pa.

Anne Crowley has been named project director for Vision 2020, a coalition of almost 100 national and regional organizations working to achieve shared leadership among women and men in all aspects of American life. Vision 2020 is a program of the Institute for Women's Health and Leadership at Drexel University College of Medicine. Crowley had been administrative assistant for the organization.

Widener University's School of Business Administration has named John C. Baldino as executive in residence. Baldino, an independent consultant with more than 30 years of business experience in the Philadelphia region, will serve as a career adviser for the Widener business students throughout the fall semester. A 1986 graduate of Widener, he also serves on the university's Business Informatics Advisory Board.

Morley & Associates Inc., a Newburgh, Ind., provider of construction management services, said it has opened an office in Jenkintown and hired three staff members. Daniel Powell is an architect III in the architecture department. His architectural experience over the last decade includes positions with Ballinger, Erdy McHenry Architects LLC, and D2CA. Kevin Valentino, an architect I in the architecture department, recently obtained a master of architecture degree and a master of science in sustainable design degree from Catholic University of America. Maryam Hallaj, an architectural intern, is a full-time architectural design student at Temple University and will receive her bachelor of science degree in architecture in 2017.

Joseph McCarrie joined Devon Financial Partners LLC as a financial adviser. He and his wife started a home health care company in 2006 focusing on the needs of seniors and their families.

BDO USA LLP, a Chicago accounting and consulting organization, has admitted Nicholas Durso to the firm's partnership. In this role, he will continue to advise nonprofit clients on technical audits, accounting and consulting matters. Durso had been a director in the Philadelphia office and a leader of the office's Nonprofit and Education Industry Group.

Susan Sharp has been named corporate director of philanthropy for United Methodist Communities Foundation, Neptune, N.J. Sharp served Sandy Cove Ministries as director of mission advancement.

WeiserMazars LLP, a Fort Washington accounting firm, announced the following promotions: Marissa Lieb and Edward Westenberger to senior manager from managers; Brett Pulsfort to manager from senior; and George Bonnewell, Samantha Grismore, and Carolyn Zapata to seniors from staff.

Privately owned holding company Cosmo DeNicola, based in Philadelphia, with offices in New York and Los Angeles, has hired Robyn Colajezzi as director of sports and entertainment corporate sponsorship sales. She had been vice president of sponsorship sales for the Arena Football League 2016 champion Philadelphia Soul, co-owned by Cosmo and Ron Jaworski, Jon Bon Jovi, and others.

WebLinc, a Philadelphia commerce platform provider for online retailers, has hired Pat Ferdig as vice president of channel alliances and channel relations. He had been global director of alliances and channels at Cloudcraze. The company also hired Bill Tarbell as vice president of marketing. He had been principal consultant at the consulting practice Brightward.

Mark Holder has been named assistant vice president, northern regional manager, at TruMark Financial Credit Union, Fort Washington. He had been a senior vice president of community banking at Cape Bank.

Wright Commissioning,

a Philadelphia building commissioning firm, has hired Jamie Powers and Cheyenne Miller as commissioning engineers. Powers is currently working on St. Agnes Hospital's new nephrology center in Philadelphia, the VA Medical Center in Coatesville, and TD Bank's North American headquarters in Cherry Hill. Powers had been a superintendent at J.F. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors in Wilmington. Miller is working on the retro-commissioning of Rowan and Robinson Halls at Rowan University in Glassboro and the commissioning of the Levi Building vivarium at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Miller had been an HVAC technician, also at Sobieski.

Mount Laurel, has hired Neil A. Hlawatsch as an associate in its litigation department. He was a law clerk to Judge Georgia M. Curio in New Jersey Superior Court in Woodbury.
