Ted Peters has been elected lead director of the board of Paycom Software Inc., an NYSE-listed company based in Oklahoma City. He joined the company's board in March 2014 and also serves as chairman of the firm's audit committee. Peters, the former chairman and CEO of Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., is currently chairman and CEO of Bluestone Financial Institutions Group.

Jenkins Arboretum & Gardens, Devon, has elected the following board members: Katherine Bennett, who owned Katherine's Gardens, designing and maintaining private home gardens; Peter Cordray, who runs a manufacturing business in King of Prussia; and Jack Linvill, business owner.

New board members include Susan Buehler, executive vice president of Bellevue Communications Group, and Scott Glenn, an instructor of business, economics, and marketing at Pennsylvania State University-Brandywine.

Julie Gubernick, chief of the Department of Radiology at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery, has been elected president of the Pennsylvania Radiological Society, a chapter of the American College of Radiology.

Rob Werner has been named president at Delaware Valley Credit Union Executive Society. He is president/CEO at Ardent Credit Union.

Ambler Savings Bank has elected Peter Phillips to its board of trustees. Phillips is the owner of Phillips & Associates, an architecture and design firm located in Ambler.

Kimberly Rice has been appointed to the board of trustees of Grace in the Mud, a service for local "at-risk" girls. She is president and CEO of KLA Marketing Associates, Cherry Hill.

Robert W. Small has been elected chairman of Northern Children's Services, Philadelphia. He is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Reger Rizzo & Darnall. Founded in 1853, Northern Children's Services was initially created to meet the needs of children and their families during wartime. Today, it supports the development of children while stabilizing their families to build stronger communities.

WCG Foundation, a Princeton-based public charity, has elected Peter F. Buckley chairman. He is dean of the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. The nonprofit raises and distributes funds to give patients expanded access to experimental treatments, and also to advance education and training in research and provide scholarships for research professionals from resource-poor countries.

Alan Lefkowitz, chief legal officer and chief commercial officer for WCG, has been named secretary and David Farber, a partner in the FDA/Life Sciences Practice at King & Spalding, treasurer.

New board members include: Anita L. Allen, vice provost for faculty, the Henry R. Silverman professor of law, and professor of philosophy at the University of Pennsylvania; Donald A. Deieso, chairman and CEO of WCG and operating partner and co-head of the Healthcare Group at Arsenal Capital Partners; Kenneth A. Getz, founder and chairman  of

the Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP) and Tufts University School of Medicine; Stephen M. McLean, a partner and co-head of the Healthcare Group at Arsenal Capital Partners; Lindsay McNair, chief medical officer for WCG; and Joanne Waldstreicher, chief medical officer at Johnson & Johnson. - Mike Zebe
