Aqua America Inc., Bryn Mawr, has promoted John Hildabrant to president of its Aqua New Jersey subsidiary. He had been operations manager.

James McCabe has been hired as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Triumph Group, a Berwyn-based aircraft-parts maker and service conglomerate.
