Business People on the Move: Capehart Scatchard names two shareholders in health-care law department

Capehart Scatchard, Mount Laurel, has hired attorneys Sheila M. Mints and Denise L. Sanders as shareholders in its health-care law department. Both came from Parker McCay, where Mints was a shareholder and chair of the health-care law group and Sanders was of counsel.

Capehart Scatchard, Mount Laurel, has hired attorneys Sheila M. Mints and Denise L. Sanders as shareholders in its health-care law department. Both came from Parker McCay, where Mints was a shareholder and chair of the health-care law group and Sanders was of counsel.

Museum of the American Revolution, Philadelphia, has hired Sue Nicol as director of human resources. She had been director of human resources and administrative services at Indian Creek Foundation.

St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, has named James L. Woodward president and chief executive officer, effective mid-July. Woodward previously served as president and CEO of Elliot Health System in Manchester, N.H.

Comcast Cable, Philadelphia, has promoted Tony Werner to president, technology and product, from chief technology officer, and Sree Kotay to chief technology officer, from chief software architect.

New Harbor Capital, a Chicago-based private-equity firm, has completed a majority equity investment in privately held Wedgewood Pharmacy, a Swedesboro compounding pharmacy specializing in animal health, addiction medicine, and urology. Marcy Bliss, longtime president of Wedgewood, will assume the roles of president and CEO. Lucy Malmberg, who acquired the business with her late husband, George, in 1981, will remain involved in strategic decision-making as chair of the board.

Henkels & McCoy Inc., a Blue Bell utility construction firm providing infrastructure for the power, communications, oil and gas pipeline, and gas-distribution markets throughout North America, has hired Pierre Adam as regional vice president, Central Region. He had been vice president of operations/area manager for Kiewit Power Constructors, in Lenexa, Kan.

Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel L.L.P., Philadelphia, has hired intellectual-property attorneys Bryon T. Wasserman and Ronald J. Ventola II as counsel. Wasserman served as counsel with the District of Columbia office of Mayer Brown L.L.P. Ventola had been a partner at Philadelphia law firm Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis.

Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Northern Delaware & Susquehanna Valley, Blue Bell, has hired Larry Slagle as vice president of development and marketing. He had been director of major gifts for the American Cancer Society since 2008, serving the Eastern PennsylvaNia, New Jersey, and Northern Delaware regions.

Archer, a Berwyn-based investment management operations and technology services provider, has hired Katarina Hauben as chief operations officer. She had been vice president of operations at Jennison Associates.

Gabriel Coan has been named vice president for digital strategies and services at WHYY, Philadelphia. He had been director of products and services for Interactive KQED in San Francisco.

Delaware Valley Association for Education of Young Children, Philadelphia, has hired Carol Austin as executive director. She had been a consultant at the Philadelphia Youth Network. Austin replaces Sharon Easterling, who retired after 22 years.

Joseph W. Dowling recently joined Hoover Financial Advisors, Malvern, as a financial adviser. Dowling had operated his own business, Epiphany Wealth Partners.

Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis L.L.P., Philadelphia, has named partner Wilbur L. Kipnes chair of the litigation-services department, comprising 26 practice groups. Kipnes had served as the firm's general counsel. Partner Stephen J. Shapiro becomes vice chair of the litigation-services department. Partner Mark M. Lee will chair the white-collar defense and corporate-investigations practice group, part of the litigation-services department. Stephen A. Fogdall will continue as chair of the financial-services litigation practice group, part of the litigation-services department.

West Chester-based Yerkes Associates Inc. has appointed Nick Cirilli president and CEO, succeeding president John B. Yerkes Jr., who will remain chairman of the board. Cirilli joined the firm in 2014 as the company's senior adviser, then was appointed executive vice president. Founded as Land Surveyors in 1874, Yerkes is a surveying and civil and municipal engineering firm.

Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk-management business of Aon Plc., has appointed David Bennink senior vice president and resident managing director in the Philadelphia office. He had been resident managing director in the Aon Toronto office.

Joe Stuhl has been named senior vice president, broker executive, for Munich Reinsurance America Inc.'s reinsurance division (RD) based in Princeton. Stuhl had been an RD client manager.

Ardent Credit Union (formerly Sb1 Federal Credit Union) has hired Cynthia Minuti as senior vice president and chief experience officer, and Steven Roberts as automotive-lending specialist. Minuti had been senior vice president, client experience, at Santander Bank. Roberts had been a manager at Reedman Toll Auto World.

Jason Coleman has been named director of restoration at the in-house restoration division of O'Donnell & Naccarato, Philadelphia. He has conducted rope-access investigations on a wide range of building types from the historic masonry icons of Rittenhouse Square to contemporary curtain-wall facades in Bethlehem, Pa., and Manhasset, N.Y.

Lourdes Health System and St. Francis Medical Center, Camden, have named Maria Lariccia Brennan chief nursing officer and vice president, patient-care services. She had been vice president/chief nursing officer at St. Joseph's Healthcare System in Paterson, N.J.

Spectra by Comcast Spectacor, Philadelphia, has promoted Mike Scanlon to senior vice president, arenas and stadiums, from regional vice president of Spectra's New England Region. Scanlon joined Comcast Spectacor in 1998 as general manager of the Sun National Bank Center in Trenton.

Warfel Construction Co., Malvern, has promoted Jon Fisher to lead estimator, from estimator.

Hornercom, a Harleysville public relations and marketing communications agency, has hired Cheryl Babb as graphic designer and Bethany Mitchell as public relations account coordinator.

Wells Fargo Corporate Banking, part of Wells Fargo & Co. in Philadelphia, has formalized its consumer and retail group and named Irene Rosen Marks managing director and head of the retail group. She had been head of originations for the retail finance division of Wells Fargo Capital Finance.

Lux Products Corp., a privately held subsidiary of Edwin McAuley Electronics that manufactures, designs, and sells retail-brand thermostats, said president Rob Munin has added the responsibilities of CEO. Gary Hsieh adds business development to his role as the director of product and business development. Kurt Mease has been promoted to product manager, from technical-services manager.
