The American College of Physicians has appointed Darilyn V. Moyer executive vice president and chief executive officer, effective Sept. 6. Moyer is professor of medicine, executive vice chair for education in the department of medicine, internal-medicine residency program director, and assistant dean for graduate medical education at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. Moyer will be the first female EVP and CEO in the 101-year history of the American College of Physicians, a Philadelphia-based medical specialty organization.

Deloitte, Philadelphia, has promoted Michael Shepard to global anti-money-laundering, economic-sanctions, and financial-crimes leader. Previously, Shepard served as leader of the financial-advisory services banking and securities industry sector.

Waveguide Consulting Inc., an Atlanta technology consulting firm, has opened a new office in Philadelphia and named Brian Huff senior consultant and director. Huff had been an associate principal of Vantage Technology Consulting Group, where he supported efforts on the renovation of the U.N. campus as well as numerous higher-education projects.

The environmental, energy, land-use law, and litigation firm Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox L.L.P., Bala Cynwyd, has hired Mary Anne Jaquay as chief operating officer. She replaces John S. Kirk, who is retiring after more than two decades with the firm.

Michael Solomon has joined the law firm Leonard, Sciolla, Hutchison, Leonard and Tinari L.L.P. as an associate. He had been a contract attorney at Steve Harvey Law L.L.C.

AmeriHealth Caritas, Philadelphia, has promoted Eileen M. Coggins to general counsel and senior vice president, long-term services and supports/Medicare solutions. She had been senior vice president, compliance and risk management. Mark T. Bullock has been appointed senior vice president and chief administrative and compliance officer. Bullock had been senior vice president for advocacy and general counsel for Mercy Health System since 1994.

Inspira Health Network, Mullica Hill, has appointed Alka Kohli executive vice president and chief population health and clinical officer for the South Jersey-based health system. Kohli had been senior vice president and chief medical officer at Virtua.

M&T Bank has hired Carmen Pilone and Duncan Farquhar as relationship managers for the Southern New Jersey region in the bank's commercial banking group, Cherry Hill. Pilone had been senior vice president and commercial lender at Citizens Bank. Farquhar had been senior vice president, group manager, and senior relationship manager in commercial real estate at Sun National Bank.

Andrew Braun has joined Devon Financial Partners L.L.C., Wayne, as managing director. He had been managing partner at uFinancial Group.

Ella Health, a Malvern-based provider of 3D mammography and other breast cancer diagnostic services, has named Danielle Wallace director of physician and community relations. Wallace had been physician liaison and marketing manager at RMA Jefferson and RMA of Central Pennsylvania at PinnacleHealth.

Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld L.L.C. has added attorneys Timothy J. Levy as counsel and Jessica L. Itzkowitz as associate in its Philadelphia office. Levy had been a partner at the international law firm Duane Morris and served as vice president and corporate counsel of Safeguard Scientifics Inc. Itzkowitz had been an attorney in the Philadelphia office of Goldberg Segalla, a New York-based litigation firm.

PHH Home Loans, a Mount Laurel joint venture between PHH Mortgage and Realogy Holdings Corp., has appointed John Porath regional executive for the Southeast region of PHH Home Loans, based in Clearwater, Fla. He had been vice president, regional sales manager, for Citizens Bank.

Ruppert Landscape, Laytonsville, Md., has named Dave Wakeling as an assistant branch manager in its King of Prussia landscape-management branch. He joined the company as a crewman and worked his way up to area manager.

Melinda deLisle has been hired as director of pro bono engagement at the Philadelphia law firm Cozen O'Connor.

Devine + Partners, an independent communications firm based in Center City, has promoted Molly Stieber to senior account executive, from account executive.

Lamb McErlane P.C., West Chester, has named Vasilios J. Kalogredis chairman of its recently created health law department. He had been a founding shareholder at Kalogredis, Sansweet, Dearden and Burke, a health law firm in Wayne.

Lynn G. Ozer has been named president of Small Business Administration lending in Fulton Financial Corp.'s commercial banking area. Ozer had been president of government guaranteed lending at Susquehanna Bank. - Mike Zebe
