Karen Forst has been named director of grants and fund-raising at Laura Bishop Communications, Winslow, from development and grants consultant. She had been director of institutional giving at the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary prior to joining the firm.

Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox L.L.P., a Bala Cynwyd environmental, energy, land-use law, and litigation firm, has hired William Hitchcock as a technical consultant. He had been an environmental engineer at Noramco Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company.

James Sanders has been named vice president of commercial and industrial lending at Customers Bank, Philadelphia. He had been vice president of government guaranteed lending and commercial loan officer for Cape Bank of New Jersey.

Tim Mudd has been hired as employee-benefits and human-capital management consultant at Brown & Brown Insurance of Pennsylvania, Conshohocken. He had been strategic-alliance district manager for the major-account sales division at ADP L.L.C.

Pennrose Management Co., Philadelphia, has promoted Michael Pico to chief human resources officer, from vice president of learning and employee development.

Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads L.L.P., Philadelphia, has named Robert M. Elwood a partner in the firm's tax practice group. He had been managing partner at 1940 Act Law Group.

CBRE Group Inc. has hired Paige Jaffe as first vice president. She had been retail site specialist at McDevitt Co., Philadelphia.

Mike Starck has been promoted to general manager of the Philadelphia-based NRG Retail East Region of NRG Energy, Princeton. He had been managing director of Green Mountain Energy Northeast.

DAS Architects, Philadelphia, has hired Dominika Chanc as senior interior designer and Peter Orybkiewicz as senior project architect. Chanc had been an interior designer/project manager at Studio Torres. Orybkiewicz was a project and technical coordinator at D2CA Architects L.L.C.

Ella Health, a Malvern-based provider of 3D mammography and other breast cancer diagnostic services, has named Joseph Shikorsky president and CEO. Shikorsky was most recently acting chief executive; he joined Ella Health in March 2015 as chief financial officer. Prior to that, he had been vice president of finance at Physiotherapy Associates, Exton.

Signature Medicine, a Newtown provider of concierge medicine practice for wellness and healthy living, has hired Kimberly Savage as chief experience officer.

Rick Schwartz has been appointed senior vice president/general manager for all product lines for the East Coast and Canadian regions of Saxco International L.L.C., a Horsham provider of packaging products and services to the spirits, wine, beer, and food industries. He had been vice president of business development at VWR International L.L.C., a Radnor provider of laboratory supplies, equipment, and services.

Ametek Inc., Berwyn, a manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices, has named Ronald J. Oscher chief administrative officer. Oscher joined Ametek in 2010 as vice president and general manager of the materials analysis division and was promoted to senior vice president and general manager of the electronic instruments group in 2013. In 2014, he was promoted to president of the electronic instruments group.

Lincoln Financial Group, Radnor, has named Ralph Ferraro senior vice president, head of product, for the Retirement Plan Services business. He had been senior vice president, head of product, with Voya Financial Inc.

TD Bank has promoted Ashley Wasson to sales and service manager of a branch in Philadelphia, from assistant store manager at the Jefferson Hospital location.

M&T Bank, Wilmington, has appointed Lynn Buchanan CRA mortgage originator for the bank's Delaware region. She had been residential mortgage loan officer at WSFS Bank.

Goldberg Segalla, a law firm with 19 offices across the United States and in the United Kingdom, has added attorneys to its Philadelphia office. They are partner Asher Brooks Chancey and associates Andrew P. Carroll, Paul J. Nordeman, Alexander G. Osevala, and Stephen A. Sheinen. All the attorneys, except Sheinen, join the firm from Nicolson Law Group in Media. Sheinen had been with Rawle & Henderson in Philadelphia.

Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, Lansdale, has appointed attorneys Lisa A. Shearman, William G. Roark, and Andrew P. Grau to partnership in the firm.
