People's Light, the professional nonprofit theater in Malvern, named the following trustees: Barbara A. Austell, retired senior vice president, finance, and treasurer of Aramark Corp.; Kenneth Hamm, retired chief actuary, global individual, at Cigna; Christopher Harris, vice president with Chubb; Deborah A. Logan, senior counsel of research and development, regulatory and commercial business, at Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc.; Mo Paknejad, director of engineering at CTDI; and Sarah Snyder Wittig, strategic support line manager at Vanguard.

Montgomery County Community College, Blue Bell and Pottstown, has named Eleanor M. Dezzi to its board of trustees. She is chair of the board and past president of the Dezzi Group Ltd., a full-service government relations and business consulting firm in Philadelphia. She also is a political commentator for Fox 29 and NBC 10 in Philadelphia, and cofounded the Genevieve Society, an organization that promotes professional women in the political and corporate world.

The Museum of the American Revolution, Philadelphia, has elected David C. Darnell and Morris W. Offit to its board. Darnell recently served as vice chairman of Bank of America, where he was responsible for the bank's Global Wealth and Investment Management division. Offit is chairman of Offit Capital, a wealth-management advisory firm. Previously, he was founder and CEO of Offitbank.

Deena L. Betze has been named to the board of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Mercer and Burlington Counties, New Jersey, which advocates for abused and neglected children. She is an associate with Borger Matez P.A., Cherry Hill.

The Chester Education Foundation, a nonprofit that supports education and promotes revitalization efforts of the Chester Community, has elected Wilden H. Davis, magisterial district judge in the City of Chester and Tyrone M. Robinson III, owner of Opportunities 2 Serve and a life coach and a business development specialist, to its board.

CEO Council for Growth in Philadelphia, which focuses on enhancing economic growth and prosperity in the 11-county region across northern Delaware, southern New Jersey, and Southeastern Pennsylvania, has named Gregory Kelly to its board. He is president and chief executive officer of the U.S., Central, and South America region of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff.

James M. Buck III has been elected to the board of Pennsylvania Trust, Radnor. He is president of TDH Capital Corp. and also vice president and principal of Private Equity Management Co., manager of the TDH funds.

Scilex Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Malvern company engaged in the development and commercialization of products focused on the treatment of pain, has named Bob Rappaport to its Scientific Advisory Board. Rappaport is president and owner of Analgesic Concepts L.L.C. Previously, he served in various positions at the FDA before moving on to become the division director for anesthesia, analgesia, and addiction products at the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research for 12 years.
