Magee Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation, Philadelphia, has elected the following trustees: Bryant M. Greene, owner and administrator of Always Best Care Senior Services, Philadelphia; Frances A. McElhill, a partner at Archer & Greiner, Haddonfield; and Nicholas A. Dibble, an associate at Capehart Scatchard, Mount Laurel.

USA Technologies Inc., Malvern, a payment-technology service provider, has elected Robert L. Metzger to its board. Since August, he has been on the faculty of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's College of Business as director of the Investment Banking Academy and lecturer at the department of finance. He had been a partner at William Blair & Co.

FS Investment Corp. III, a business development company sponsored by the alternative investment manager Franklin Square Capital Partners, has named James W. Brown as an independent board director. Brown most recently served as chief of staff to Sen. Robert P. Casey Jr. Before that, he was a founding partner of SCP Private Equity Partners, a managing director of CIP Capital, Pennsylvania secretary of general services, and a partner in the Dilworth Paxson law firm.

The Kolbe Fund, an Exton nonprofit that provides lodging for families traveling to receive medical care for a seriously ill child, has elected the following board members: Andrew Lieberman, owner and partner at Rose Tree Dental Group, Media; Joseph Pellerite, a CPA at Baker Tilly, Philadelphia, who will serve as treasurer; and Julia Sherwin, host of Perspectives on Parenting With Julia Sherwin, airing on WCHE (1520 AM).

Wistar Institute, a West Philadelphia nonprofit specializing in basic biomedical research with a focus on cancer and vaccines, has named James W. Lovett to its board of trustees. Lovett served for 14 years as corporate senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Covance Inc., a global drug-development services company based in Princeton.

The Historical Society of Pennsylvania has elected the following councilors: Dorothy Mather Ix, retired senior client services manager at Gallagher Bollinger; Henry F. Reichner, a partner at Reed Smith L.L.P.; Tom Riley, vice president for planning at the Connelly Foundation; Jay Rose, retired executive director at Woodcock Washburn L.L.P.; and Jeffrey D. Zudeck, partner-In-charge at Marcum L.L.P.

Stradley Ronon partner Stephanie Sanderson-Braem has been appointed vice president of the Cherry Hill Library board of trustees.

The Stockton Rush Bartol Foundation, a Philadelphia nonprofit that supports local arts and cultural organizations, has elected Toni Shapiro-Phim chair. Shapiro-Phim is director of programs of the Philadelphia Folklore Project. Julia Lopez, a consultant and founding member of Las Gallas Artist Collective, was elected vice chair, and Elizabeth Wilkerson, a writer and digital content strategist, secretary. New board members include Betsy Cloues, attorney at Ballard Spahr, Sannii Crespina-Flores, founder and director of the Do Remember Me Project, and Emilee Taylor, a national board certified teacher of early middle childhood/art.
