Former Philadelphia Deputy Mayor Alan Greenberger will join Drexel University as a distinguished teaching professor in the department of architecture and interiors of the Westphal College of Media Arts & Design and a distinguished visiting fellow of the Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation. Former Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles H. Ramsey was named the inaugural distinguished visiting fellow of the Lindy Institute last month.

Dune Medical Devices Ltd., Paoli, has hired Lori Chmura as president of Dune Inc., the company's U.S. division that includes more than 100 hospitals using its flagship product, MarginProbe. She had been vice president of the U.S. for Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson company.

Ursinus College in Collegeville has named Montgomery County businesswoman Maureen Cumpstone entrepreneur-in-residence, a newly created position designed to support the college's U-Imagine Center for Integrative and Entrepreneurial Studies. In 1995, the La Salle University MBA and Ursinus alum launched Sorella Rose, a restaurant and catering business. As entrepreneur-in-residence, she will teach the college's first entrepreneurship course, as well as manage current and future U-Imagine Center cocurricular programs and events.

The Judge Group, a West Conshohocken professional-services firm, has promoted Mick Angelichio to president of Judge Healthcare. Angelichio, who will lead a team of more than 150 recruiters and account executives spread across multiple offices nationwide, helped launch the division in 2004. He had been senior vice president of the segment.

Mark J. Foley has joined Drinker Biddle & Reath L.L.P., Philadelphia, as a partner and member of the labor and employment practice group. He had been cochair of the labor and employment group at Cozen O'Connor.

Dennis J. Butler has been named a partner at the intellectual-property law firm Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel L.L.P., Philadelphia. He had been an associate. With degrees in mechanical engineering, Butler earned his law degree from Temple University while working full time at Boeing Defense & Space Group as an engineer. He also worked as an associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld L.L.P. before joining Panitch Schwarze.

The Philadelphia law firm Stradley Ronon has elected J. Stephen Feinour Jr., Marissa Parker, Randi J. Rabinowitz, and Stephanie E. Sanderson-Braem to the firm's partnership. Both Feinour who focuses his practice on counseling investment companies and investment advisers,and Parker, who represents corporate, nonprofit, and institutional clients in state and federal court and private arbitration, will be based in Philadelphia. Sanderson-Braem, who specializes in estate and tax planning, trust and estate administration, and estate and trust litigation, will be based in the Cherry Hill office and Rabinowitz who counsels clients on all aspects of commercial lending, will be basedin the Washington office.

TD Bank has promoted Matthew D. Romano to assistant vice president, sales and service manager of a branch in Marlton from assistant store manager in Lumberton.

Pet Valu, a Philadelphia specialty retailer of pet-related products, has hired Anna DiGregorio as director of marketing. She will oversee Pet Valu's U.S. marketing initiatives, chain-wide events, promotions, and public relations. She had been director of marketing for Marketplace PHL at the Philadelphia International Airport.

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine has hired David F. Simon as chief legal affairs officer. Simon was executive vice president and chief legal officer of the Jefferson Health System. Prior to that, he served as chief counsel of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department and as chief legal and regulatory affairs officer of Aetna US Healthcare.

Urban Engineers, Philadelphia, has promoted Meredith Clark to director of human resources from human resources manager.

Cooper University Health Care, Camden, has appointed Thomas W. Rubino vice president of communications, responsible for public and media relations, corporate and employee communications, social media, and the corporate website. He had been director of public affairs and advertising since 2004 at Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.

CMF Associates, Philadelphia, has named Christopher Sihelnik as a senior associate in the consulting division serving middle-market private equity. He had been an associate consultant at Chess Consulting, where he provided forensic litigation support as well as complex accounting analysis in support of legal and related areas of dispute resolution.

Egan Sign, a national sign management and corporate rebranding company in Wyomissing, has hired John Dever as president. He had been president and COO of Bills Khakis, an upscale men's fashion brand in Reading. Mike Zebe
