Pa. gaming board fines Parx $10,000 for exclusion-list violation

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has fined the owner of Parx Casino, in Bensalem, $10,000 for allowing two gamblers on the gaming board's self-exclusion list to obtain cash advances.

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has fined the owner of Parx Casino, in Bensalem, $10,000 for allowing two gamblers on the gaming board's self-exclusion list to obtain cash advances.

The two gamblers were charged with criminal trespass, the board said.

Gambling regulators also fined Mount Airy Casino, in Mount Pocono, $15,000 for using non-approved roulette chips and Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, in Grantville, $7,500 for leaving eight uncounted decks of cards on the gaming floor for three days.
