Pennsylvania Trust, Radnor, has hired Nan M. Lansinger as senior vice president and director of marketing and client development. She had been director of public relations and fund-raising at Bryn Mawr Terrace and Saunders House.

Thomas F. Keenan has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer of Ambler Savings Bank. He had been chief financial officer and compliance officer since 2006.

The executive-recruitment firm Diversified Search, Philadelphia, has hired Mark Mulvanerty as managing director. He will serve as a member of the financial officers practice and work closely with the board practice. He had been senior client partner at Korn Ferry and a member of the firm's Financial Officers Center of Expertise and Global Industrial Market.

Janney Montgomery Scott L.L.C., a financial-services, wealth-management, and capital-markets firm, hired Ken Trbovich as research analyst, covering the special pharmaceutical sector based out of Janney's Philadelphia headquarters. He had been a publishing analyst at MLV & Co.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia said William G. Spaniel will head the bank's supervision, regulation, and credit department as senior vice president and lending officer, effective Nov. 1. Spaniel is currently a senior associate director of the Division of Banking Supervision and Regulation with the Fed's Board of Governors.

Globus Medical Inc., Audubon, Montgomery County, a publicly held manufacturer of musculoskeletal implants, has announced that president and chief operating officer Dave Demski will transition from that role to the position of group president, emerging technologies. Anthony Williams, senior vice president of business development and general counsel, assumes the role of president.

Gretchen Mielke has joined the Office of Civic Engagement at Widener University as assistant dean. She had been manager for general education and academic learning community assessment at American University.

Thomas/Boyd Communications, a Moorestown public-relations firm, has hired Lori Palmer as senior director of client services. She had been marketing and communications director at St. Mary Medical Center.

Catapult Learning Inc., a Camden provider of K-12 outsourced instructional services, has named Jeffrey Cohen CEO. He succeeds Stuart Udell, who will assume the role of executive chairman of the company's board. For the last seven years, Cohen served as the president and CEO of Sylvan Learning.

Greta Sanchez-McKnight has been appointed promise zone hunger relief director for RSVP Philadelphia. She had been an HIV medical case manager for ActionAIDS in Philadelphia.

Frontage, an Exton contract research organization, has appointed Michael S. Willett president of its clinical business unit. Willett established Advanced Biomedical Research Inc., a Phase I-II clinical CRO acquired by Frontage in 2008. In 2009, he founded the clinical and research consultancy Ready Clinical L.L.C.

Mariel J. Giletto has joined the Mount Laurel law firm Parker McCay as counsel, chair of the business and corporate department. Giletto was an associate in the gaming practice group in the corporate department at Fox Rothschild L.L.P.

Aqua America Inc., the publicly traded Bryn Mawr water utility, has promoted Colleen Arnold to deputy chief operating officer, from manager of water quality and environmental compliance.

Jefferson Health, Philadelphia, has appointed Rohinton J. Morris chief of cardiothoracic surgery and professor of surgery in the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. Morris has served as chief of the division of cardiothoracic surgery and medical director of the Heart and Vascular Institute at Abington Memorial Hospital since 2010.

Drexel Morgan Capital Advisers, Radnor, has hired Erich Hickey as vice president, chief investment strategist, and Lynn Erskine as vice president, senior portfolio manager. Hickey and Erskine both join the firm's investment committee. Hickey had been president of Spouting Rock Financial Partners. Erskine was director at Gardner Lewis Asset Management.

William H. Finlay has joined Ballard Spahr L.L.P. as of counsel in the consumer financial services group of the business and finance department. He had been an associate counsel at Susquehanna Bancshares Inc.

Brian K. Green has been promoted to director of the family wealth practice, from relationship manager in portfolio management, at Glenmede, a Philadelphia investment and wealth-management firm.

Charles A. McCauley III has been named a shareholder at Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy P.C., Philadelphia, and will oversee the firm's Wilmington office.

Jason Steph has been hired as vice president, pipeline division, managing the pipeline services and industrial/facilities groups at Henkels & McCoy Inc., a Blue Bell utility construction firm providing critical infrastructure for the power, communications, oil and gas pipeline, and gas-distribution markets throughout North America. He had been manager, facilities group, at Price Gregory International Inc., Houston.
