The Philadelphia office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has hired shareholder Alfred W. Zaher and counsel Shawn S. Li. Both will focus their practices on patent and trademark litigation, patent prosecution, licensing, and counseling, and have extensive experience advising multinational clients on protecting IP rights in China.

Janice Bond has been named associate director of Stockton Aviation Research and Technology Park by the Stockton University board of trustees. She joined the university in 2012 as the associate director at Stockton's Seaview Hotel & Golf Club.

Carey Hobb has been hired as vice president and head of variable annuity risk management at Lincoln Financial Group, Radnor. He had been head of market risk management at Voya Financial (formerly ING U.S. Financial Services).

Alec Arons has been promoted to national practice leader, risk advisory services, for Experis Finance, King of Prussia, from director of risk advisory services.

Vito Miriello has been hired as vice president of business banking/senior relationship manager at First Niagara Bank in Plymouth Meeting and Center City. He served as senior vice president at PNC National Bank.

Charles Antzelevitch has been named executive director of the cardiovascular research program at Lankenau Institute for Medical Research and director of research at Lankenau Heart Institute. He had been executive director, director of research, and Gordon K. Moe Scholar (endowed chair in experimental cardiology) at the Masonic Medical Research Laboratory in New York.

St. Christopher's Hospital for Children has named Nicholas Stamatiades regional director, operations finance, Tenet Physician Resources. Stamatiades comes to St. Christopher's and Hahnemann from Cooper University Health Care, where he was senior director of finance and operations for the MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper.

Adaobi Nwaneshiudu has been appointed assistant professor of dermatology at Temple University School of Medicine and director of dermatopathology and the Ethnic Skin, Hair and Women's Dermatology Clinic. Nwaneshiudu had been a senior resident physician at University of Chicago Medicine.

Kelley Tyrell has been hired as vice president of mortgage sales at Firstrust Bank, Conshohocken. He had been senior lending manager of retail mortgage for the Mid-Atlantic Region of Citigroup.

W. Courtenay Wilson, founder and executive director of PA Performing Arts for Young Audiences, will transition from his current role to board member. Susan Crofton will be executive director. She had been interim general manager of IPAY.

T&M Associates, an engineering-consulting firm based in Middletown, N.J., said it will open a full-service office in Philadelphia's Bourse Building in Center City after the acquisition of the project management and construction management division of O'Donnell & Naccarato. Nick Cinalli, who joins the company through the acquisition, will be division manager under the construction-management practice. Cinalli had previously served as president and CEO of O'Donnell & Naccarato from 2003 until 2014, when he became president emeritus.

Beneficial Bank, Philadelphia, has hired Christopher Unger as senior vice president and commercial lender focusing principally on the New Jersey market, and Gary Faggioli as senior vice president and team leader focusing on the Pennsylvania market. Unger had been vice president and senior commercial relationship manager at Susquehanna Bank. Faggioli had been senior vice president, commercial banking at Bryn Mawr Trust Co.

Aqua America Inc., a publicly traded Bryn Mawr water utility, promoted former regional president Richard S. Fox to executive vice president and chief operating officer Daniel J. Schuller to the new position of executive vice president, strategy and corporate development. Schuller had been an investment principal at J.P. Morgan Asset Management-Infrastructure Investments Group.
