, has been promoted to the position of president and CEO, expanding his leadership responsibilities. Steck has been with the Conshohocken company for more than 12 years.

St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, Philadelphia, has hired J. Mark McLoone as chief executive officer. He most recently was CEO of Methodist Children's Hospital in San Antonio and was chief operating officer for the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington.

Prudential Bancorp Inc., Philadelphia, has named Jack E. Rothkopf chief financial officer of the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Prudential Savings Bank, effective July 1. He will succeed Joseph R. Corrato, current executive vice president and chief financial officer, who will become president and CEO of the company and the bank, effective July 1 and Oct. 1, respectively. Rothkopf will continue to serve as senior vice president and treasurer of the company and the bank.

Lincoln Financial Group, Radnor, has promoted Mark Seidenburg business-development director in its institutional retirement distribution, from senior retirement sales consultant. Christopher Neece has been hired as sales director. He had been a regional director of institutional sales for ICMA-RC.

Hartford Funds, Radnor, has promoted Heidi Spilotros to head of internal sales, from vice president of training and development.

TD Bank has named Michael V. Salamone vice president, store manager, of the Williamstown store. He had been banking center manager at Bank of America in Northfield.

Joerg Linsenmaier has been named president and CEO of Linde Engineering North America Inc., a Blue Bell-based global gases and engineering company. He had been executive vice president, central project execution, at Linde Engineering, headquartered near Munich, Germany. He will continue as executive sponsor of several large engineering, procurement, and construction projects in execution in this country.

Berwyn marketing and advertising agency Quattro has hired Ron Walton as vice president, digital services. Julie Herbster, Walton's predecessor, will transition to tvice president, digital strategy. Walton had been vice president, director, project management at Digitas Health.

Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, has hired Michael E. Mahla as professor of anesthesiology and director of neuroanesthesia at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College. He had been associate dean for graduate medical education, associate chair for clinical affairs of the department of anesthesiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville.

Stockton Real Estate Advisors L.L.C., Philadelphia, has hired Amy Orons as director of operations. Orons had been director of operations for Metro Commercial Real Estate Inc.

Aqua America, Bryn Mawr, has appointed Christopher H. Franklin chief executive officer, effective July 1. He will succeed Nicholas DeBenedictis. Franklin had been president and chief operating officer, regulated operations, at Aqua.
