Richard Rowe has been named CEO of Arkema Inc., the group's operations in North America, based in King of Prussia. The global company is France's leading chemicals producer. Rowe had been the global group president of Arkema's fluorochemicals business unit.

The Enterprise Center has appointed Victoria Hosendorf director of the Minority Business Development Agency Business Center of Pennsylvania. Hosendorf served as director of corporate relations and operations of the Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council of Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Delaware. BioClinica Inc., a specialty clinical trials services and technology provider in Newtown, has hired David Peters as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He had been CFO at WCCT Global.

Carly Keeny has been named vice president of communications and public affairs for the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey (UWGPSNJ). Previously, Keeny was associate vice president with UWGPSNJ.

Joseph G. Pulicare has been named chief operating officer of the U.S. transportation sector of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global engineering and professional services organization based in Philadelphia. He was executive vice president and chief executive for transportation for the Americas operations at AECOM in Los Angeles.

The Joseph Fund, a Camden-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting the Ministries of St. Joseph's Pro-Cathedral, has named Jim Catrambone as executive director. Catrambone had been director of major gifts/interim executive director for AtlantiCare.

Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing has named Bill Fitzgerald as vice president managing director/general manager of the hotel. He most recently was president of the Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board.

Revitas, a Philadelphia business sales, contract, and compliance software company, has named Hemanth Puttaswamy chief technology officer and senior vice president of products and technology. Hemanth had been chief technology officer and senior vice president products and development at Saba.

Barbara B. L'Amoreaux has joined Simon PR, Philadelphia, as vice president, account service. L'Amoreaux had been director of corporate communications for Holy Redeemer Health System.

Michael F.
