Howard, Brenner & Nass, an asbestos and personal-injury law firm with offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, changed its name to Nass Cancelliere Brenner with the addition of Michael A. Cancelliere Jr. as a partner.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia has announced the following promotions: Robert F. Mucerino has been promoted to vice president in the treasury services department from assistant vice president; Julia Cheney to assistant vice president and assistant director in the payment cards center from officer and assistant director; Kim Taylor to assistant vice president in human resources from officer. Michael Costello and Andrew Kish have been promoted to assistant vice presidents in the supervision, regulation, and credit department. Costello was business technology officer and Kish was senior financial risk manager.

The Philadelphia 76ers have named Chad Biggs senior vice president of corporate development and activation, overseeing all corporate partnership sales, retention, and activation. He had been vice president of global marketing partnerships for the National Basketball Association, which included stints in the league's New York and Beijing offices.

Griesing Law L.L.C., Philadelphia, promoted Kathryn Goldstein Legge and Dina Leytes to members of the firm. In addition, trademark attorney Carole Barrett joined the firm as counsel. She had been senior counsel at the international firm Arnold & Porter L.L.P., where she led the trademark counseling and transactions group in its San Francisco office.

Cabrini College, Radnor, has named Celia Cameron vice president for marketing and communications and Marguerite Weber as vice president for adult and professional programs. Cameron had been assistant vice president for advancement communications and donor relations at Lehigh University. Weber had been director of student academic affairs and academic initiatives at the University of Baltimore.

Interstate General Media L.L.C., parent company of Philadelphia Media Network (PMN), publisher of The Inquirer, Philadelphia Daily News, Philadelphia Daily News Weekend, and Philly.com, has hired Dan Sarko as vice president for digital sales. He had been vice president for advertising at the Baltimore Sun Media Group.

Utility Line Services Inc., a Conshohocken underground-utility construction services contractor, has named Charles F. Dippo vice president of operations. Dippo had been a senior program manager for energy services with Jacobs Engineering Group's North American Infrastructure Division, and senior vice president of engineering services and system integrity for South Jersey Gas Co.

AmeriHealth Caritas, a Philadelphia provider of Medicaid-managed care and other health-care solutions, has appointed Michael Burgoyne vice president and chief accounting officer. He had been chief financial officer of the Medicaid managed-care business at Coventry Health Care Inc., now a wholly owned subsidiary of Aetna Inc.

Aaron Weis has joined Axalta Coating Systems, a Philadelphia provider of liquid and powder coatings as vice president and chief information officer. He was a vice president and general manager of the magnetic speed and position business of Sensata Technologies.

Messa & Associates P.C., has hired Ramon A. Arreola as an associate. He had been an associate at Golkow & Hessel.

Michael DiPietropolo has been promoted to vice president, store manager of a TD Bank branch in Blackwood from store sales and service manager in Stratford.

Gavin/Solmonese L.L.C., Wilmington, has hired Meg Manning as senior director and counsel in its bankruptcy and fiduciary services practice. She was an attorney with Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg.

Duane Morris L.L.P. has promoted the following associates in its Philadelphia office to partner: Christiane Schuman Campbell, intellectual property practice group; Gregory P. Duffy, real estate practice group; Christopher D. Durham, employment, labor, benefits, and immigration practice group; Sean S. Zabaneh, trial practice group; and satellite office associates Christopher L. Soriano, Cherry Hill, to the trial practice group; and Sommer L. Ross, Wilmington, to the business reorganization and financial restructuring practice group.

Sheri A. Harris has been promoted to vice president at 1st Colonial Community Bank, Cherry Hill. She joined the bank in 2003 as an administrative assistant in the commercial loan area and most recently served as an assistant vice president of loan operations. Also, Ryan W. Graham has been promoted to assistant vice president in the finance department from assistant controller, and Theresa Simons to assistant vice president in the residential lending department from closing coordinator.

Molly Early has been hired as account executive at Devine + Partners. She had been an account executive at Edelman PR in New York City.

HNTB Corp., an infrastructure firm, has hired the following in its Philadelphia office: Brad Flamm, former senior research associate at Temple University's Center for Sustainable Communities, is senior transportation planner; David Flinkstrom, former senior management consultant for CH2MHILL, is senior communications systems engineer; and Brian Fitzhenry, former design quality manager for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, is project manager.

Rocco Perate has been hired as senior vice president and director of the new government guaranteed lending group of Beneficial Bank, Philadelphia. He was an SBA business development officer, SBA Government Lending at Susquehanna Bank. - Mike Zebe
