, a nonprofit professional association, has announced the following officers for 2015:

Jessica Sharp, cofounder and principal of Maven Communications, president; Andrew Laver, business-development manager at McCarter & English L.L.P., immediate past president; Damien Enderle, chief marketing officer at Saul Ewing L.L.P., president-elect; Elizabeth Catterall, public relations/communications specialist at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman P.C., secretary; and Dawn Sheiker, marketing and business-development specialist for White & Williams L.L.P., treasurer.

Members at large include: Robyn Addis, events manager at Ballard Spahr L.L.P.; Trish Lilley, chief marketing officer at Fox Rothschild L.L.P.; Molly O'Leary, communications manager at Flaster/Greenberg P.C.; and Laura Powers, chief marketing officer at Furia Rubel Communications.

Carolina Alzate, vice president of PNC Wealth Management, and R. Brendan Fee, partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius L.L.P., have been named to the board of trustees of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Eastern Pennsylvania chapter.

Brian Badgley has been named to the board of Mercy Neighborhood Ministries of Philadelphia Inc., a nonprofit that offers services to the people of North Philadelphia in early education and youth development, health and wellness for the aging, and adult education. He is an investment counselor at Veritable L.P.

JEVS Human Services, a private nonprofit human-services organization, has appointed William Becker and Lynne Kornblatt to its board. Becker is a consulting principal at Becker & Frondorf. Kornblatt is chief human-resources officer at Einstein Healthcare Network.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia has appointed William Wood to its Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council for a three-year term beginning in March. The 12-member council is composed of representatives from commercial banks, thrift institutions, and credit unions. Wood is chairman, president, and CEO of CBT Financial Corp. and Clearfield Bank & Trust Co.

Joanne Murray has been named president of the Bucks County Bar Association. She is a partner at Antheil Maslow & MacMinn in Doylestown and concentrates her practice in business law, business transactions, contracts, banking, and finance.

Moore College of Art & Design, Philadelphia, has elected the following members to its board of managers: Carol Clark Lawrence, retired senior vice president and Eastern market territory executive for PNC Community Development Banking; Terri Young, worldwide vice president of multichannel marketing at Bristol-Myers Squibb; and Larisa Manzo, a 2014 Moore graduate, alumna representative.

Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel L.L.P. partner David A. Nasatir has been selected to cochair the Montgomery County Democratic Judicial Screening Committee. The panel will review applicants for the four open Court of Common Pleas judicial positions and make recommendations to the Montgomery County Democratic Committee in advance of endorsements and elections.

Philadelphia VIP, a public-interest legal organization providing representation to clients of limited means on civil matters including landlord/tenant issues, mortgages, and immigration, has elected Carmen J. Romano president and Michael G. Balent vice president of its board. Romano is a partner at Dechert L.L.P., and Balent is chief counsel of the PNC Bank National Association. Lisa Detwiler, senior vice president and general counsel at Franklin Square Capital Partners L.L.C., is secretary.
