senior vice president and chief scientific officer. Donini previously was vice president, pre-clinical research and development since joining the company in August 2013. She led several of Soligenix's federally funded biodefense programs as its principal investigator, including the gastrointestinal acute radiation syndrome program funded by both the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority. She is an inventor of the company's SGX94 innate defense regulator technology and has been instrumental in the initiation of its Phase 2 clinical study for the treatment of oral mucositis in head and neck cancer.

NRT L.L.C., a Madison, N.J., residential real estate brokerage company, said David Krieger has been promoted to president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, effective Jan. 1. Krieger will oversee the daily operations of the company's nine real estate offices and nearly 650 affiliated sales associates and employees throughout the region, including northern Delaware and southern New Jersey. Krieger most recently served as Coldwell Banker Preferred's senior vice president and general sales manager.

Alison Lecker has been named a partner at Warren Environmental Counsel L.L.P., an environmental and water resources law practice with offices in Bryn Mawr. She had been an associate attorney with Cozen O'Connor, representing businesses in environmental matters. She also served as an assistant regional counsel for Region 3 of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She concentrates her practice on environmental regulatory compliance, permitting, remediation advice and environmental litigation.

Holy Redeemer Health System has named Catherine Jakuboski as home-care director of nursing in its HomeCare New Jersey South office in Runnemede. Jakuboski joined Holy Redeemer HomeCare in 2010 as the quality-improvement coordinator and infection-control nurse. For the last two years, she also served as alternate director of nursing.

Timothy Dunn has joined HNTB Corp., an employee-owned Philadelphia infrastructure firm serving public and private owners and contractors, as a project manager in the firm's aviation practice. Dunn is responsible for supporting Philadelphia International Airport's capital-improvement program, including maintaining and ensuring an ongoing state of good repair for mechanical, electrical, and other components of passenger facilities in the airport's terminal buildings. He was a construction manager at AECOM.

Dee Durham has joined the nonprofit Partnership for the Delaware Estuary as its coordinator of grants. Durham served as executive director of SAVE, a nonprofit advocating for land use, conservation, and transportation planning in Chester County. Virginia Vassalotti has been hired as a fellow for the Schuylkill Action Network, of which PDE is a founding member. Vassalotti previously worked as a Chesapeake Conservation Corps fellow at the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection in Rockville, Md.

Enradius, a Baltimore digital-marketing company, has opened an office in Philadelphia that will be led by Jim Dolan, executive vice president of revenue strategies. He was general sales manager of Greater Media's BEN-FM in Philadelphia and regional sales manager of Comcast Spotlight in Baltimore.

Tompkins VIST Bank, Wyomissing, has hired Carmen Gambone as vice president, commercial banking manager, with an emphasis on commercial real estate lending. He was an executive with Firstrust Bank. Also, Jeremy J. Anderson, a vice president, has been named branch manager of the Oaks branch office. He had managed the Blue Bell branch.

Philadelphia's Wistar Institute, a nonprofit biomedical research institute with special expertise in cancer research and vaccine development founded in 1892, has promoted Elyse Hoffmann to director of donor relations and special events from manager of events and donor marketing.

Andrew Law has been appointed the next academic dean of the College of Global Studies at Arcadia University, Glenside, beginning January 2015. He serves as director of Off-Campus Study at Denison University in Granville, Ohio.

Francis Schluckebier has been hired as regional sales manager for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware sales territories of the Virtual High School, an educational nonprofit based in Maynard, Mass. He was Northeast sales manager for Herff Jones' Nystrom Education Division.

Civil engineering firm Gilmore & Associates Inc., New Britain, has hired Roman C. Jastrzebski as senior vice president-director of structural and forensic services. He was principal engineer of Jastrzebski Engineers Inc.

Dolores Roman has joined the active medical staff at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, department of emergency, as an emergency room physician. Roman graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training at Albert Einstein Medical Center.

TD Bank has promoted Michael C. Naioti to sales and service manager of its branch at Broad and Sansom Streets in Philadelphia. He was a business development specialist. TD Bank also has named Timothy Haymore as senior vice president, head of pricing and secondary markets in product management in Mount Laurel, responsible for setting daily mortgage rates and for secondary mortgage market purchases and sales. He was a managing director in financial services at Allegiance Advisory Group in Reston, Va., and also served as a vice president at Primatics Financial and Freddie Mac.

Jason H. Moore has been named the first permanent director of the Penn Institute for Biomedical Informatics (IBI), at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, effective March 1, 2015. Moore is an expert in genetics and biomedical informatics, who is currently on faculty at Dartmouth College. He is the founding director of the Institute for Quantitative Biomedical Sciences at Dartmouth College, where he also holds an endowed chair and is professor of genetics and professor of community and family medicine in the Geisel School of Medicine.

Damien N. Tancredi has joined the Flaster/Greenberg Philadelphia office as an associate in the bankruptcy, financial restructuring and risk management department. Tancredi was an associate at Cozen O'Connor.

Pamela O'Neill has been hired as managing director and leader of the litigation consulting practice at Gavin/Solmonese L.L.C., Wilmington. She was a principal in the forensic & valuation services practice at Grant Thornton L.L.C.
