Cozen O'Connor, Philadelphia, has named attorney Kimya S.P. Johnson its first director of diversity, inclusion, and pro bono. Johnson has co-chaired the law firm's diversity committee for the last two years.

Burns White has hired the following associates in its West Conshohocken office: Daniel A. Cutler, a former associate at Nelson Levine de Luca & Hamilton; Brian O. Sumner, a contract attorney for Special Counsel Inc. in Philadelphia and Gohn, Hankey & Stichel L.L.P. in Baltimore; and Frank T. Troilo, a former attorney at the Dombrowski Group. Ahsan A. Jafry has joined the firm's Cherry Hill office. He had been an associate at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin.

Andrew L. Miller has been promoted to associate chief medical officer at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Methodist Hospital Division, from interim associate chief medical officer and director of associates in hospital medicine.

Bristol Riverside Theatre has named Jameson Gilpatrick managing director. He had been general manager of the Long Wharf Theatre in New Haven.

TD Bank has named Brett P. Lawhead assistant vice president, store manager, of a branch in Plymouth Meeting. He had been store manager of a First Niagara Bank branch in Horsham. Kathleen A. Auletto has been promoted to assistant vice president, store manager, of a branch in Westmont, from assistant store manager in Bellmawr.

CDI Corp., a Philadelphia engineering and technology services firm, has hired Lewis R. Sheldon in its Global Engineering and Technology Solutions unit as vice president of naval architecture and systems engineering. He had been vice president responsible for Computer Science Corp.'s Advanced Marine Center.

Greg Fackler has been hired as metallurgical engineer at Laboratory Testing Inc., an independent and accredited Hatfield testing and metrology laboratory. He had been plant metallurgist at Allied Tube & Conduit.

Daniel L. Dries has been appointed professor of medicine at Temple University School of Medicine and director of the Familial Cardiomyopathy Program and associate director of the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation Program at the Temple Heart and Vascular Institute. Dries was at the Yale School of Medicine, where he held several titles, including associate professor of medicine and medical director of the Yale Center for Advanced Heart Failure, Mechanical Circulatory Support, and Cardiac Transplantation.

Pamela B. Siren has joined Health Partners Plans, Philadelphia, as vice president of clinical quality operations. She had been vice president of quality and compliance at Neighborhood Health Plan in Boston.

Patricia Nelson, a vice president at Sun National Bank, Mount Laurel, has been promoted to manager of employee relations.

Symphony Health Solutions, Horsham, has hired Robert Gabruk as senior vice president, customer success, and insights. He had been North American practice lead at Cognizant (formerly MarketRx).

Devine + Partners, a Philadelphia public-relations agency, has hired Molly Stieber as assistant account executive. She was a client staff assistant for the U.S. chair of Burson-Marsteller's public affairs and crisis practice.

Dixieanne James has been promoted to vice president of strategic planning and business development for Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia. She had been associate vice president, physician enterprise development and operations.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia has promoted Michael Dotsey to senior vice president and director of research. He replaces Loretta Mester, who recently became president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Dotsey will lead the economic research department and oversee the payment cards center and financial statistics department. Previously, he was a vice president and senior economic policy adviser at the bank.

Adrian R. King Jr., first deputy attorney general of Pennsylvania, has rejoined Ballard Spahr, Philadelphia, as a partner in the business and finance department. He also served as deputy chief of staff to Gov. Ed Rendell and was later appointed to the governor's cabinet as director of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency.

Liberty Bell Bank, Evesham, has hired Joseph M. Matisoff as vice president and chief credit officer. He was the founding president of Hyperion Bank, Philadelphia.

Pennoni Associates, Philadelphia, said Intelligent Infrastructure Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pennoni, had hired Jeffrey Purdy as associate vice president and operations manager. He had been vice president, business development, for Jacobs Engineering Group.

Temple University Press and Temple University Libraries have named Mary Rose Muccie executive director of Temple University Press and the library officer for scholarly communication. She was director of the JSTOR Current Journals Program. - Mike Zebe
