Adam A. Greene, a technical-review manager at Wouch, Maloney & Co. L.L.P., Horsham, has been elected treasurer of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

National Disease Research Interchange, a Philadelphia organization that serves as a source of human tissues, cells and organs for scientific research, has elected the following board members: Mary J.C. Hendrix, president and scientific director for the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago Research Center at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago; Jonathan D. Moreno, professor of medical ethics and health policy at the University of Pennsylvania and a member of President Obama's 2008-09 transition team, and Howard M. Nathan, president and CEO of the Philadelphia-based nonprofit Gift of Life Donor Program.

PMV Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Doylestown biopharmaceutical company, has named Steven Holtzman to its board. He is executive vice president, corporate development, for Biogen Idec.

Wendel White, distinguished professor of art at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, has been appointed to the state's Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Commission by Gov. Christie.
