Stradley Ronon partner Lisa Duda has been appointed to the board of directors of Drueding Center, Holy Redeemer Health System's transitional housing and comprehensive counseling program for homeless women and children.

The nonprofit Uptown! Entertainment Alliance of West Chester named Gary Green secretary. Green retired in 2010 as president and CEO of the YMCA of the Brandywine Valley.

Gilbert J. Marquez, law firm administrator at Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig L.L.P., Philadelphia, has been named president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.

IGI Laboratories Inc., a Buena generic topical pharmaceutical company, has appointed Damian Finio to its board. Finio will also serve as chairman of the company's Audit Committee. He is president of Mountain Run Advisors L.L.C., a niche financial consulting firm and had been vice president and chief financial officer of West-Ward Pharmaceuticals.

Weston Solutions Inc., a West Chester environmental, redevelopment, and construction firm, has named Alan Solow to the board of its parent company, Weston Solutions Holdings Inc. He is chief executive officer of Cabrera Services Inc.

Valley Forge Casino Resort, King of Prussia, has named gaming executive Robert M. Pickus as chairman of the board. Pickus currently serves as a managing director of GCA Capital Group and as the CEO of its subsidiary, GCA Leisure and had been chief administrative officer, general counsel and corporate secretary for Trump Entertainment Resorts.

James C. Schwartzman was elected to the board of the Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson, a National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center and a part of Thomas Jefferson University. He is a shareholder at Stevens & Lee, Philadelphia.

The Museum of the American Revolution, a Philadelphia nonprofit, elected the following board members: Andrew Card, former White House chief of staff from 2000-2006, Secretary of Transportation from 1992-1993, and member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives; John Harvey, an inventor/entrepreneur and founder and chairman of Personalized Media Communications L.L.C., where he has served as principal inventor of a portfolio of fundamental IP technologies that address the delivery and presentation of media content; and Marion T. Lane, a retired educator and author of Patriots of African Descent in the Revolutionary War who currently serves as the National President of the Society of Descendants of Washington's Army at Valley Forge.

Harry C. Donahoo professor of surgery, surgical director of the William Maul Measey Institute for Clinical Simulation and Patient Safety, and emeritus dean of the Temple University School of Medicine, has been elected vice president of the American Surgical Association. - Mike Zebe
