NEW PALTZ, N.Y. (AP) - A lawsuit has been filed against a New York resort that closed for a week after a virus sickened hundreds of guests and employees.

The Times Herald-Record (http://bit.ly/1oRBQ78 ) says a lawyer filed the complaint Tuesday in Kingston, N.Y., on behalf of Louis and Anna Maria Bellotti of Fort Lee, N.J.

The resort in New Paltz, N.Y., declined to comment.

Mohonk closed on Feb. 6 and reopened a week later after it was sanitized by a disaster-remediation company.
