Kerry Benson, managing director and chief information officer for PFM Group, has been named to the board of managers of the Philadelphia Foundation, which manages more than 900 component funds to support the region's nonprofit sector.

Lourdes Health System, Camden, has appointed Margaret A. Suender and Thomas J. Fanelle to its Health Foundation board. Suender is director of professional development and recruitment at Pepper Hamilton L.L.P. Fanelle is president of R. Fanelle's Sons Inc., a Camden-based scrap-iron and metal yard.

Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology elected Joanna M. Fisher president-elect. She is a board-certified ophthalmologist in private practice.

The King of Prussia District elected Kevin Lang, store manager of the Wegmans Food Market in King of Prussia, to its board of directors.

Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania, a state-funded nonprofit that invests in technology firms, elected Stephen T. Zarrilli chairman and Charles M. Robins vice chairman. Zarrilli is president & chief executive officer of Safeguard Scientifics Inc., Wayne, and Robins is managing director of Fairmount Partners Inc.

The following new board members were elected: Michael F. Cola, president & CEO of Medgenics; Janice Giannini, executive partner of Paradigm Associates L.L.C., and Sashi P. Reddi of SRI Capital, founder & former CEO of AppLabs.

Re-elected were Richard Egosi, corporate vice president, chief legal officer and company secretary at Teva Pharmaceuticals; John A. Loftus, managing director of Internet Capital Group; Stanley W. Silverman, president of Horizon Venture Group L.L.C., and Timothy C. Scheve, president and CEO of Janney Montgomery Scott.

Robert E. Keith Jr., managing general partner of TL Ventures, and Walter D'Alessio, vice chairman of NorthMarq Capital Inc., will join the Ben Franklin Chair's Leadership Council.

Paul J. Kelly III, an assurance manager for the public-service group with CliftonLarsonAllen L.L.P. in Plymouth Meeting, has been named to the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy.

Azuka Theatre, Philadelphia, elected Tamanya M. M. Garza president. She is a marketing professional for Asendia USA and an educational theater consultant.

Delaware County Bar Association elected Jonathan Peri president of the legal association founded in 1872. He is a vice president and general counsel of Neumann University, where he is the institution's chief legal officer and program director of the Neumann University Center for Leadership.

Diane Magram, shareholder at civil defense litigation law firm Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, Cherry Hill, has been elected president of the Southern New Jersey Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Matthew Stuart, structural division manager at Pennoni Associates, Philadelphia, has been appointed to the Continuing Education Task Committee for the American Society of Civil Engineers/Structural Engineering Institute's board of governors.

The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has appointed Alan M. Feldman to the Pennsylvania Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts board. A personal-injury attorney and co-managing partner at Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig L.L.P., Feldman will serve a three-year term on the nine-member board.

Delaware Valley Green Building Council elected the following board members: Kristen Suzda, project architect at Atkin Olshin Schade Architects; Brad A. Molotsky, executive vice president and general counsel at Brandywine Realty Trust; Matt Dugan, president of DVL Automation; Joseph Kessler, a partner in the corporate and real estate groups at Dilworth Paxson; Pat Bolger, a senior project executive at Turner Construction; Scott Kelly, principal-in-charge at Re:Vision Architecture; Laurie Actman, interim director of Energy Efficient Buildings Hub, and Jon Jensen, technical consultant at MaGrann Associates.
