GMH starts apartment complex in S.W. Pa.
GMH Capital Partners of Newtown Square announced it has broken ground on a 376-unit apartment complex in Cecil Township, a growing regional hub for the Marcellus Shale industry in southwestern Pennsylvania.
The complex in the Southpointe Town Center is scheduled to open late next year.
GMH did not provide financial details, but comparable communities cost about $150,000 a unit, $56 million, to build. - Andrew Maykuth
