Ill, chairman, chief executive officer and founder, expects to retire July 19. Jeffry D. Frisby, resident and chief operating officer, is expected to assume the role of CEO. Ill is expected to remain as chairman.? Villanova University School of Law said professor Michael Moreland has been appointed vice dean of the school. Moreland joined the Villanova faculty in 2006 after serving as associate director for domestic policy at the White House under President George W. Bush. Professor Christine Mooney has been named associate dean for academic affairs of the law school. She also is director for legal-writing programs. Christopher Dwyer has been appointed associate dean for finance and administration of the law school. Dwyer was special adviser to the budget secretary and most recently served as director of financial management for the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.

Harker had been director of public-sector marketing for McAfee. Hansen was senior manager, strategy and operations, at Cisco Systems.

Stump has been hired as a senior vice president and senior relationship manager. He had been a senior vice president of commercial lending for the former First National Bank of Chester County.
