Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation has named Dave Coskey to its board. Coskey is the president of Longport Media L.L.C. and oversees the operation of News/Talk 1400 WOND, 103.7 WMGM, AC 102.7, KOOL 98.3, and Sportsradio 1490. He also is the former executive vice president of the 76ers.

ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, a West Point nonprofit, has elected George R. Gunn to its board. Gunn was CEO of the company from 1995 to 2005.

Felicia R. Phillips has been elected to the executive committee of the Public Relations Society of America's Health Academy. She is supervisor of corporate communications at Health Partners, a nonprofit health plan.

Matthew Schreck has been elected to the board of trustees of the Mendelssohn Club of Philadelphia, a nonprofit arts group founded in 1874 that performs choral music. Schreck is an oil and gas attorney in private practice.

Julie Simonson and Gregory Michaels have been named to the school committee of Orchard Friends School, Riverton. Simonson is the vice president of research and development for global science and technology at Campbell Soup Co., Camden. Michaels is an assistant branch manager for Beneficial Bank in Burlington Township.

The African-American Chamber of Commerce of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, Philadelphia, has elected Steven Scott Bradley chairman of the board. Bradley is the president and CEO of Bradley & Bradley Associates Inc., Philadelphia.

The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency reelected a chair 165 District Representative William F. Adolph Jr. The agency is a student aid organization that conducts its student loan servicing activities nationally as FedLoan Servicing and American Education Services.
