Single-copy price of Inquirer, Daily News to rise

The single-copy prices for The Inquirer and Daily News will increase to $1 on Jan. 31 for Monday-through-Saturday editions, said Mark Block, a vice president for Philadelphia Media Network Inc. The current single-copy price for both is 75 cents.
